Everyone I interacted with at Charles Barker Lexus Newport News was very nice and extended great kindness, but the one person that really made experience great was Renjit Oommen (RJ). RJ and I are neighbors. I know he and his family very well. He did an amazing job in making my purchase and my long time dream of owning a Lexus vehicle come true.
