No Pressure - Possitive Results Over my 32 years of driving I’ve bought many cars, but this experience was different. Approximately 6 months ago we visited the Lexus showroom in Newport News VA while our oil was being changed in our 2013 Lexus RX-350. We were not currently in the market but the salesman, Frenchy, kept in contact with us and finally closed the deal with the arrival of the new 2018 RX-350L. The attribute I appreciated most was his superior knowledge of the Lexus and no pressure. Can’t say enough about his no pressure and positive results. I will return because of his professionalism.
