We had such a great experience buying a car and our dealings with their service department has been outstanding ... so we didn't hesitate to go back to buy a second car. Our sales person was Emma Wright, and what a delight she was to work with. Emma was very professional and easy to work with. Her calm demeanor made us feel at ease and the entire experience was a pleasure. Thomas Cahoon was very helpful in locating a car with the options we selected. Like Emma, what a nice person to wrk with. He was calm, patient and helpful as we selected the options that we liked for the RX 350. Tony Rutherford helped us complete the final paperwork. We could tell that he is very proud of the dealership and sales team, and that for him ... customer service is his number one priority. Kevin Morgan was very patient and explained in perfect detail the in and outs of the wonderful new technology that comes with our new RX 350. Many are out there but this is the one!! I purchased a Lexus a few years ago and loved it. But do to the snow we have been having I needed a 4 wheel drive. I looked at a lot of SUVs, but I I purchased a Lexus a few years ago and loved it. But do to the snow we have been having I needed a 4 wheel drive. I looked at a lot of SUVs, but I went back to Lexus. These people are excellent I am a faithful Lexus customer. Best salesman in the world!! We purchased our Charles Barker RX-350 Lexus in the summer of 2014 (over 1 1/2 years ago) from John Keck, a very pleasant and professional salesman. We purchased our Charles Barker RX-350 Lexus in the summer of 2014 (over 1 1/2 years ago) from John Keck, a very pleasant and professional salesman. We love the car and can't imagine life without an RX (it's our third!). Yesterday, we experienced a very unusual situation -- we managed to lock our keys in the car. That's not supposed to happen and we don't know why it did, but that's another story. When this happened, we were about 15 minutes from the dealership, and about 45 minutes from our house where the second key was. Not knowing what to do, I called John to ask if there was some magical way to open the car; there wasn't. But then the magic started. John left the dealership, drove to where we were, drove us home to retrieve the key, and then drove my husband back to the car. This is the kind of service that keeps customers loyal. The next car we buy will be a Charles Barker Lexus; the next salesman we buy a car from will be John Keck. More

I got a good deal on my car and had fun doing it. Renjit (RJ) is an awesome sales man and eager to assist in every way not to mention his great sense of humor. I found the entire staff to be very helpful and kind unlike my experience at another dealership recently. I traveled from Richmond to Newport News to buy this car and I'm glad I did. It's highly likely that I will purchase my next vehicle from Charles Barker Lexus of Newport News! More

Mohamad drove each vehicle to the front of the dealership for me to look them over. He arranged for my wife and I to have a test drive the following day. After the test drive, Mohamad presented a great deal on the vehicle we selected. From our initial greeting to the completion of the transaction, Mohamad was very personable and professional. He did not try to "sell" us a car, he set the atmosphere for us to evaluate the information he provided. Mohamad made easy for us to make the purchase. Mohamad is an outstanding representative for Charles Barker and Lexus.
