After a quick research in internet about cars and dealers, Prestige Toyota had very good ratings, and the car I was looking for. My brother initiated the transactions for me with Mr Robert Rolleri, who was extremely helpful and friendly. My brother who doesn't like bargaining act very much told me that it was one of the most pleasant bargaining experience. We were happily thrilled to know how important is customer satisfaction to them, when the little bruise on the car was immediately taken care of within hours of noticing it. With a recent experience of buying a car at a different place, I could easily realize how better was this place and would definitely recommend it to all my friends. More

Far from a first time buyer, I did my homework prior to visiting Prestige. I had prepaired myself for the usual, "Oh look, there's hooks for your grocery bags, and 4 cup holders" line, which make me absolutely irate! But, instead, I was treated with no bias, and not directed, but actually listend to, by Robert Rolleri. This was by far, the best experience I've ever had, in regard to buying a new vehicle. Robert was professional and easy to talk to. He didn't try to talk me into more options, instead, he asked what I was looking for, and said, "let's see what we've got, that you might be interested in." Within a few minutes, I had selected a Prius and today I drove home in it. The transition from my previous ride to this one was easy and stress free. It's the first time I walked into a dealership and didn't have people walk past me to talk with my husband. It's the first time I wasn't spoken to by a salesman like I didn't know the difference drivetrains and choo choo trains. This didn't stop with Robert, though. I was introduced to the service department manager, Eric, and customer service representatives as well. I was dealt with professionally and as an individual, and they will have my business for a long long time! More
I am 24 years old and starting law school in the fall so, financially, it is one of the worst possible times to have my car completely die on me. So, of course, it did. I found myself in a position where I needed a cheap, reliable car, but I also didn't want to throw away money on a junker. I was looking for something fairly new, in the $9,000 - $12,000 price range, and with a warranty. I checked a couple other dealerships before I went to Prestige and everyone said the same thing: "You're asking too much. You either need to raise your price or drop your expectations." I was starting to lose hope when I walked into Prestige. I met Rob and I explained to him what I was looking for. Rather than looking at me like I had 3 heads, he said that it was a tall order, but he'd do his best to help me. He then sat down with me and combed through their website, explaining to me the pros and cons of each car, always keeping in mind my financial constraints. He laid out several options, clearly articulating the differneces in terms understandable to the most novice of car purchasers. In the end I walked out of there with a sleek black '07 Toyota Corolla, covered by a 100,000 mile warranty, and well within my price range. Not only did the Prestige team help me find my perfect car, but they helped me figure out the best way to finance it. They are professional, friendly, well-informed, and hands-down the best car dealership in the area. More
All I the employees that I came in contact with at this dealership were excellent. They were very polite and did not try to push the sales of their products. This is the third car that I have purchased from Prestige of Kingston and I highly recommend the dealership and the Toyota cars which they sell. The salesman, Evan Hunt, gave an excellent presentation of the 2010 Prius and its numerous features. He was quick to answer any questions and was of great help. Paolino Bastone, Jr.was very professional and quickly moved me through the paper work after the purchase was made. Chuck Dee, the Service Manager, is definitely an asset to Prestige of Kingston. He is very courteous and assumes that the customer is always right. It is a pleasure to do business with Prestige and the people mentioned above. More
Oh my, where do I start ? Before getting into the details of our most recent experience with the staff at Prestige Toyota I need to preface my review with some background history. I've been driving for 51 of our most recent experience with the staff at Prestige Toyota I need to preface my review with some background history. I've been driving for 51+ years during which time I have had the opportunity to purchase 12 new vehicles and an untold number of used ones. The sales, service and repairs associated with several dealerships, from New York to Florida, had ranged from poor to mediocre to good. Many of these experiences were found to be extremely frustrating to say the least. How would I rate my/our most recent dealings with Prestige: Service/repairs: Excellent; Sales: Excellent & Financing: Smooth as silk. And now for the rest of the story. We had never utilized the services of Prestige Toyota prior to taking my mother-in-law's car in for repairs a couple of weeks ago. (Referred by a family member familiar with Prestige's track record) I discussed the intermittent starting problems with the Service Manager, Mr. Chuck Dee, who assured me they would track down and fix whatever the problems were. Guess what, they solved the problems in an expeditious manner and the car is running like a top now..... Thank you Chuck & service staff. And, the related charges for all this were very reasonable. During the process of retrieving my mother-in-law's car my wife decided she wanted to look around to see what they had on the lot as she believed it was time for her to get a newer vehicle. She had been driving the same Oldsmobile for the past 13 years and even though it was like a family member she was interested in something newer & larger. Chuck introduced us to Sales Consultant Robert Rolleri, aka "Rob" who ended up being a pleasure to work with. As my wife was making all of the decisions I decided to stay on the sideline and help guide her when needed. After checking out several vehicles my wife decided on a Certified Previously Owned "Highlander". My attempt to help on a couple of minor issues proved unsuccessful as Rob had done his homework and covered all the bases. Great job Rob, made my life easier. Rob was sincere in his approach to what we(she) wanted and even went above and beyond the call of duty by having the remote starter unit removed from her Oldsmobile and reinstalled in the Highlander saving us a lot of time & trouble. Don't want to forget to mention that the price was right on this deal. Rob, almost forgot to make the point - my wife now has a new Toy - ota.. HaHa Rob then forwarded all of the information over to "JP", the Finance Manager. I could tell JP was well versed in what he does as the entire process went real smooth and a lot faster than what I had anticipated. JP explained all of the paperwork as we ventured through it and he went into great detail explaining the "wrap-around" warranty we were getting. JP, thanks for clearing up the foggy areas. In summary I guess the points I have attempted to make are that all of the staff at Prestige Toyota are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and conduct themselves in a professional manner. The Prestige facility is state-of-the-art, clean, customer friendly and a pleasure to visit. All of the personnel we were around had smiles on their faces and appeared to be enjoying what they were doing. One of the first steps in filling out this survey was to rate Prestige from a 1 to a high of 5... I'd have to give them a six(6). If and when our future needs require any of their services we will return, and in the meantime we will spread the good word to friends and family. My husband and I found ourselves in need of a vehicle quickly since ours was now broken down. It had been ten years since we had purchased a car, or had a payment, and we were not looking forward to goin quickly since ours was now broken down. We had looked into a few options..but nothing suited us with our favorite car brand...so we decided to broaden our horizons to include Toyota. We had uncovered good ratings on them, and family members were very happy with Toyota purchases. My son became sick, and I could not go out with my husband, so he set out alone to face the world of cars, and car salesmen. Before long I got a call from him saying he found something. He said he AND the salesman Robert Rolleri were driving over to the house (in a neighboring town) so I could see the car and test drive it. "Hmmm that goes beyond the call of duty for the salesman", I thought. Well I was in a grumpy mood, and was not the most pleasant person to be with.. but Robert answered ALL of my questions, some over and over again till I "got it". I am a skeptical person i guess..but he remained kind and patient, and even stayed after hours to put my mind at ease while I compared other cars to this one. I gave him a run for his money, and he gave me...well.. hot chocolate, and a new car..now there is a man who knows woman!! Robert turned us over to Paolino for the financial dealings, who was "jonny on the spot" with everything. The loan was at a great rate! The only thing we had to do was say "yes I want the car" and sign a few forms and they handed us the key..so very NON-complicated. While waiting in the dealership I had a chance to see the facility..They really are a welcoming bunch. They cater to your comfort, I won't even have to walk outside to drop off my car for any servicing, you drive in. They provide internet, and a place for little toddlers to play that is safe and clean. Since then, Robert has called me to make sure I am settled ,and ask if I have any more questions. Yep Robert..you have won me over, now... about my husbands truck! More

Prestige Toyota and salesman Robert Rolleri are such entities. I want to share my story to impress how important this is when purchasing a new car. On December 4th, I was driving northbound with a friend on a two lane highway at the Jersey Shore where I live, when suddenly, a large Mercury Marquis left its southbound lane and came right at me. There was no way to avoid him and my 2009 Toyota Corolla was hit head on at a rather high speed. All airbags deployed, the front end crumpled and the engine dropped – my little car did just what it was supposed to do and saved our lives. We came away with only bruised ribs and a mild form of whiplash. There was no doubt I would buy another Toyota. After a bad experience with a local dealer I decided to look around at other dealers, check dealerrater.com, talk to friends, etc. I found Prestige Toyota, a dealership close to where my boyfriend lives up in NY State, and close to where I have family. I called them, and in five minutes, salesperson Rob Rolleri told me more factual information about the various Toyotas than other local salesmen did in two hours. He explained things about Toyota, helping me to realize that all of them are safe (I am living proof!) and I really needed to think about what I really wanted (great mileage at the best price). At no point was there any pressure to sell me anything, especially since I live so far away. However, he was so nice and helpful that I realized I could do a lot of the leg work over the phone and online and just travel up to get the car (and visit my boyfriend and family at the same time). Rob made the whole process seamless for me. Last year, when I purchased the Corolla in NJ, it took about 2 more hours of paperwork. I was done at Prestige in half an hour, since Rob had laid all the ground work – he really knows his business. Plus, he drove me to the Enterprise place down the road where I was able to return the rental car I was driving (with no extra drop-off fee, also arranged by Rob). I was introduced to the whole Prestige family as if I were royalty. Since I spend so much time in that area of NY, I know I will be traveling up there for my free oil changes and any routine maintenance (their facility is very comfortable and clean and client-friendly). It was worth the trip for the good deal and the patient help that Rob gave me. Thank you Prestige and Rob! I love my new red Corolla! More
I needed a new car before I went back to school in two weeks and really liked the Scion TC's so I went to Prestige Toyota to check them out. They didn't have the car with the exact specifications on it I was looking for but Robert and his staff worked hard to locate a vechile that did and had it shipped to the dealership all within the two weeks. Robert even came on his day off to get the car ready and make sure everything was done so I could have it before I left for school. I love the car and it was exactly what I was looking. He was genuine and polite; never once did I feel pressure to buy. His personal confidence in both Toyota's in general, and that branch in particular, spoke volumes. I also appreciated the business of Elizabeth who works in the finance department (I think). Both Tom and Elizabeth were willing to stay passed open hours on the eve of Thanksgiving so that I might take my new car home that day. Many thanks to them!! More
