I called to have my tranmission fluid changed. Made the appointment. Got there and they said I was having a flush. I said the appointment was for fluid change not a flush. The service manager convinced me a flush was the best way to go, so I agreed to it. He gave me a coupon for $40.00 off which I appreciate . I ask him to have some one change my oil filter, which I supplied. He said ok. Very nice man. There was also a recall on the lower front bumper, for clips and fasteners. So after 3 hours of waiting we received the car and went home. The ride home was concerning, the brakes had a shutter and the ride was definitely different. You hear all sorts of things about dealership practices and you don't want to believe it. But I wonder if any of it's true? The tranmission seems ok , but I am going to find another dealership or auto mechanic to inspect the front end. The brakes are fine , I inspected them 2 week ago. It's like the nut on the tie rod was moved. Any out there experience any weird situations like this? More

Worst dealership ever. Put a $500 deposit with Mike Markota but found a different car to buy and now I have to fight to get my money back. They are professional, responsive, kind and work diligently to get us the best match for us. We've been loyal Toyota buyers since our first car, a Mark II, in 1969. We've had an Avalon that lasted for 280,000 miles. My 2006 Solara convertible has 180,000 miles and I'll never give it up. Since moving to the Hudson Valley, Prestige Toyota in Kingston has served us with great care. We've gotten two Prius', A RAV 4 and today, we leased a RAV 4 PRIME SE. We are totally thrilled with our new car and we just plugged it in for the first time. In addition, my son and his wife have leased three vehicles from this same dealership, with the same great customer service. More

I! tied to reach the service department 5 times in an hour. Each time a virtual assistant answered and when I finally tried to get a person l was asked to leave a message. It was very frustrating. When I asked to speak to the service manager he would not get out of his seat 10;feet away until I asked him to. When I complained about the situation he was disinterested and tried to make it my fault. More
