I drove an hour with my father to test drive a Toyota Supra only to be met by the sales manager who would barely speak to me let alone take this car for a test drive. His reasoning was “if I let 1 person Supra only to be met by the sales manager who would barely speak to me let alone take this car for a test drive. His reasoning was “if I let 1 person test drive the car, I have to let everyone test drive the car.” He also stated that I would be beating on this vehicle during this test drive. That’s a really interesting way to do business. I’m a 24 year old trying to buy my dream car and instead received a judgement of my character. I will show my funds to the next dealer, Horrible experience. One last good one for you, this sales manager told me “none of my employees have driven this car.” Are any of your employees buying this car?! I found this entire experience insulting. More

I was looking to purchase a Toyota Tacoma. Reviewed the website and listed was a 2018/2019 Tacoma. I inquired got a phone call from Brittanie set up an appointment to go to the dealership, ask Reviewed the website and listed was a 2018/2019 Tacoma. My husband and I arrived at the dealership, walked in the door, woman at the desk, rudely asked why we were there. I advised of the appointment time, asked for Gino. She says "Are you trading a vehicle?" If so I need your registration before you can see the truck" Stupidly I complied. She went to look for the truck. My husband and I stood there while the 2 sales people at their desks turned their chairs around to avoid eye contact. She came back to the desk to tell me that my trade in has no value. 2015 Honda Civic with 81,000 miles. Then a guy came out of somewhere, didn't say his name, and says "The truck isn't here" I asked if it had been sold. He says "No, the truck is on its way from the state of Florida" Meanwhile I knew that the truck was on the website since November of 2022, and the price jumped $1,000 in 3 days. I said "why wasn't I told about the truck not being here, by Brittanie?" He says she works from home she wouldn't know. (makes no sense if she is scheduling appointments) Then I said "the price jumped $1,000 in 3 days" The guy says, "that's the market right now, that's what happens" He offered to call us when the truck arrived in NY" I said "nope we are done" and walked out. I ended up going to a Nissan Dealer up the road, and make a purchase there. Didn't need an appointment, was able to look at vehicles. STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE TOYOTA, KINGSTON NY BAIT AND SWITCH I have a complaint filed with NYS Needless to say the truck was removed from the website within an hour of my leaving the dealership More
