I went to Prestige Toyota in Kingston specifically looking for a used AWD Matrix. There were 2 on the lot that were advertised on the website, so I went to look at them. We were greeted by Robert Ro looking for a used AWD Matrix. There were 2 on the lot that were advertised on the website, so I went to look at them. We were greeted by Robert Rolleri, who was our salesperson. One of the cars had been sold, so Robert invited us to take a test drive of the other one after he showed us some of the car's features. He took time to answer all our questions, took us on a tour of the dealership (which has a very impressive customer service area), and introduced us to some of the service personnel. He was never high pressure, and, in fact, made buying this car a very pleasant experience. I look forward to working with Robert again in the future, and would recommend him to any of my friends. We had just purchased a volkswagon beetle (that I loved) last year. Our oldest daughter has gotten sick and could'nt get in and out of the car so we had to find a larger vehicle. My youngest was heartbroken at selling Daisy(she named the car). We have been looking over the past few months and have found a few vehicles that we liked but could'nt come to a deal on them. We have found that dealerships and sales people are not always enjoyable or a pleasure. We talked to the Sales Manager at Prestige Toyota and he found us the vehicle we were looking for so we went in and test drove it along with a few other vehicles and found a 2009 7-passenger Rav4 exactly what we wanted. The sales manager work with us without pressure or games...We gave him a price we settled very close at it. Seeing how upset my youngest was the sales man( Rob) felt bad. When we came to pick up the vehicle the next day my daughter opened the car door to find Rob had gotten a VW Beetle for her! It made the whole trade-in a lot less tearful. We could'nt thank him enough for his kindness. We also had been preapproved for the auto loan with our bank and the dealership went above and beyond to get us a lower rate than the already low rate we had. We are very pleased with the experience we had with Prestiege Toyota and will be looking there 1st when we buy our next car. More
