My wife and I have owned Toyotas for fifteen years -- my wife currently drives a 2007 Prius and I had a '97 Camry -- but the recent bad press regarding safety issues had us concerned. When I realized it was time to say goodbye to my Camry, I had strong reservations about returning to Toyota; in fact, I was prepared to head to Honda to buy one of their Insight hybrids. We received a letter from Toyota offering some terrific deals, so we thought we'd at least go in and talk to them. After some lengthy, and very informative, conversations with Robert Rolleri -- who took the time to answer all of our questions (and we had many) -- our concerns were allayed and I ended up leasing a 2010 Prius -- for an amazingly reasonable price. I've had the car for a few weeks now and it's even more of a dream than my wife's '07 Prius. Drives beautifully, great features, roomier than the earlier models: a fantastic (and very green) car. Robert -- and everyone at Prestige Toyota -- made the experience of leasing this new car an incredibly pleasant one. I recommend them highly. More

I have a very negative review of Prestige Toyota. I came in there looking for a bigger car preferably 4wd or awd for my growing family. I was met by your slaesman Robert Rolerri. He was very excited to be helping me in purchasing a used vehicle from your dealership. After going over where i would want my payments to be a month, and letting him know what I was looking for, he found me a nice 2005 ford Escape that was just taken in as a trade in. We drove down to the new kia dealership to take it for a test drive, and see if this was the vehicle for me. I was very excited about this car, it was just what i needed. After test driving it I fell in love with it!! Robert then ran my credit too see what my interest rate/payments would be a month, we agreed on some terms,i signed paperwork stating when i would pick up the vehicle, paid my deposit, and he even put a for sale sign in the dash!! Robert even went as far as congratulating me on my new purchase..shaking my hand, and my kids hands!! I left there under the impression that I would in 2 days be driving away with the Escape. I called Robert on the day I was scheduled to pick up my car just to make sure that it would be ready and waiting for me, he stated that the finance company was supposed to get in touch with me first..but they hadnt, i didnt receive a call from anyone in the company!! I was then told by robert that he would call me back within 45 minutes to let me know what was going on. Five hours later he called only to give me the bad news!! I was not approved by the bank for the Escape..and that the only thing on your lot I would be approved for was a vehicle he knew I wouldnt want to purchase!! I couldnt belive what I was hearing, so not only was i LIED to about being able to get into the Escape, but my only other option was to purchase a vehicle that would NOT suit my growing family!! I was extremely disappointed,discruntled and angered by the entire situation. Your motto is to keep your customers happy, yet your company did NOTHING to make sure I was happy!! I would not recommend anyone go to Prestige Toyota to purchase a new/used vehicle, because in my case all they did was get my hopes up just to let me down, then turn around and not go the extra mile to help me find a suitable vehicle!! As before the service was fantastic. They couldn't have made the experience easier and the lease deal was excellent. Even the staff who weren't assisting me with the transaction were super friendly and the whole experience was A+++++. My experience with George as a salesperson before was great and I was really happy he was still there doing his usual fantastic job. This is a great dealership. They always bend over backwards to give their very best service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. More

We would definitely recommend working with these young women. I had just finished paying off my car when I totaled it in a snow storm!!!! When she said she had only been working there for a few months, I have to admit I was nervous. But she was such a sweet, friendly and professional sales person who actually worked with us til we reached a deal. When we went to do the paperwork and the financial side of the deal, we met another young woman named Elizabeth Shapiro. Again friendly, helpful and professional!! She actually almost made it painless to sign the contract and hand over our cash!! When we are in the market for another car and with two college age daughters, you never know when that will be, we will definitly come back to Prestige Toyota and look for Susan and Elizabeth to help us again. I wanted to trade my Toyota corolla in for a Rav4 and was upset with the service at another dealer. I felt they didn't care if they made a sale or not. Not only was the sale consultant friendly (Robert Rolleri) He treated me like I was a family member or close friend. Prestige Toyota gave me more for my trade than the other dealer, and I felt so comfortable with the whole process in buying my car. Everyone I came in contact with (directly or indirecly) was very friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new or used car. More
