I was on my way home from Kinston to pick up my wife and go sign papers on a new car. As I was heading across the bridge a KIA commercial came over the radio. When I picked up my wife we made a quick trip to Prestige KIA. Robert Rolleri met us at the 2011 KIA Sorento and I informed him that we are headed to sign papers on a new car across the river. I told him the deal needs to be better than the one we already have. He gave us the keys to the Sorento, told us to take the ride make sure we like it and he will have numbers when we return. When all the dealing was done Robert did us better on price and the car beat the one we were planning on buying. Needless to say we now have a 2011 KIA Sorento. Thanks Robert and Prestige More
We spent a great deal of time looking for a used mini-van with low miles, in great shape and in our price range. Before our visit we researched makes, models, prices, etc, online and decided on a Toyota Highlander. Rob Rolleri was our salesman. He was excellent - very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Rob walked us thru all features of the Highlander we purchased explaining how each worked and took the time to answer all our questions. He ensured our buying process went smoothly. Rob also followed up with a customer satisfaction call. Everyone we met throughout the purchase process was very courteous and friendly as well. We love the Highlander! I happened to be at the dealership one day and one particular used white van had caught my eye. I went to get some information about it and was met by Robert Rolleri. He was very happy, helpful and not pushy. Within the days to follow, our visits to the dealership were informative and relaxing. Robert was very patient with all of my questions ! In fact, other sales staff were helpful too. They nicely directed us where to find coffee and tea and of course, restrooms ! Our overall experience was great. We truly enjoyed working with Rob. In my opinion, he was not only professional, but honest. The purchase of a vehicle is a big deal for us, because it is a big investment. I would never have wanted to meet someone who made me feel that he/she was just out to make a sale. Thank you, Rob. More
I owned a 97 ford explorer and it was time for a newer vehicle. I purchased a 07 ford explorer in March of this year. But it just didn’t feel, right somehow… A week later from my purchase my husband and I went to look at Toyota trucks. He purchased a Toyota Tundra from Prestige. He loves it and the Robert was awesome, he made everything go smoothly. In the mean time I was having problems with the explorer. The back window leaked and the serpentine belt needing replacing. Even though it was under warranty, I just didn't have peace of mind driving this vehicle. The dealership I purchased the vehicle from was being difficult. The salesman who sold me the explorer didn't want to give me the time of day, so I ended up having to deal with the owner of the dealership. They had me running back and forth, it was a nightmare. The explorer runs great, but what will I do if I have problems down the road. I just couldn't go back to that dealership and the vehicle just didn’t seem to fit me. I wanted out of this vehicle. I went to Prestige found a Rave 4. Robert did his magic and I am out of the ford and driving a car that I am comfortable in, not just knowing that I have peace of mind that Toyota will stand behind their product, but the physical comfort is great, it handles beautifully. I was shopping for a Toyota Tacoma and I immediately went to the dealer where I purchased my 2004 Highlander which was at Wappingers Falls Toyota. When I entered the dealership no one even asked me if I nee to the dealer where I purchased my 2004 Highlander which was at Wappingers Falls Toyota. When I entered the dealership no one even asked me if I needed help. I had to walk up to a sales rep and ask him to help me. All he said to me was "are you going to buy something today? I told him I wanted to purchase a 2010 Tacoma and that I would be trading in my 2004 Highlander. I explained to him that I had every single service that the Highlander needed over the past 6 years, including oil changes, done at their service shop. I thought that my loyalty to the dealership would be appreciated. Boy was I ever wrong. The sales rep never even showed me one single feature on the Tacoma nor did he explain to me the differences in the different models/options etc. As a matter of fact he wasn't even going to show me a truck until I finally asked him, hey can I at least see one? I've been in sales for 18 years and if I ever treated any of my customers the way Wappingers Falls Toyota treated me I would lose my job immediately. Needless to say I walked out of the dealership completely disgusted. Fortunately the story doesn't end here and it does have a happy ending! At the advice from a few friends and family members, I stopped by Prestige Toyota in Kingston, NY. I was immediately greeted at the door and asked if I needed any help with anything. I told them I was looking for a new Tacoma and they immediately introduced me to their truck specialist, George Becker. George did an outstanding Job. He asked me what I was looking for and what my primary use for the truck would be. He offered me advice on what he thought would be the best fit for my needs. He then took me out to the lot and showed me all of the different Tacoma models and options and gave me a hands on walk through of every single feature the truck had from bumper to bumper. George is a perfect example of what a true salesperson should be. I was sold! We decided on a double cab long bed. I really wanted Barcelona Red with beige interior. Although they didn't have one on the lot George said, "No problem, I'll get you exactly what you want. Just give me a couple of days." He offered me a very fair amount for my trade-in and called me just two days later to tell me that he had my truck and it was ready to be picked up! George as well as the entire staff at Prestige Toyota of Kingston go above and beyond the level of service that you'll find at your average dealership. Their service shop is set up very nicely and offers a private "quiet" room where you can sit and get some work done while you wait for your vehicle. This will come in very handy for me in that I'm in sales and I'm constantly on the road. Prestige Toyota of Kingston has earned my respect and there's no doubt that I'll be a loyal customer of theirs for many years to come. This is why I've given them the highest rating possible. I had searched for RAV4 at other dealers before seeing vehicles at Prestige. Prices were definitely the best. I came here with the attitude that auto dealers will play games, etc. Didn't happen here. vehicles at Prestige. Prices were definitely the best. Had a great experience with Prestige. Out of all the cars I have purchased in my life, Prestige was the most enjoyable and stressfree experience I have ever had. Susan Manzi is a great car sales person cars I have purchased in my life, Prestige was the most enjoyable and stressfree experience I have ever had. Susan Manzi is a great car sales person. She made the deal work without the headache of haggling prices and trying to have a dealership rip you off on a trade in. I had some problems with my car and even though they had told me initially they would not correct them, Susan went above and beyond to get them to take care of the problems.
