Simply Fantastic What can i say about Prestige PreOwned of Orange county,, Well i walked into this showroom and i was immediately impressed by the class and beautiful What can i say about Prestige PreOwned of Orange county,, Well i walked into this showroom and i was immediately impressed by the class and beautiful surroundings. The inventory on that floor was one class act and i said to myself, I'm in the wrong place, and that i could never afford anything here. Then i met Dan, a young man that knows his trade as a salesman, and i explained to him that my credit wasn't the best and that i wasn't confident about being able to make a purchase. He said lets talk and look at the car we where there to try and purchase, and we will see what we can do. I can't say enough about this young man, his knowledge about this car was outstanding and no matter what questions were thrown at him, he answered quickly and honestly. My wife fell in love with the car and said she wanted it, and i began to get nervous about the ability to afford such a beautiful car. We went to Dans office to discuss the financing, meewhile i have no confidence at all,, i explained my budget and that my payments would have to stay under 500 a month or i couldn't handle it. Dan worked on my situation as if i had the best credit going and i was worried sick, and i didn't want to keep waisting his time. His professional attitude was fantastic and he wasn't quitting on us. He told me this process could take some time and he didn't want us to leave, so we stayed, and he finished up a bunch of paperwork and said now we start phase 3, he took all our paperwork into another office and turned the everything over to the financing dept, where a lovely woman Debbie sat working. Dan came back and explained everything that Debbie would be doing for my situation, and then it's up to the bank. I walked around trying not to show my wife any negative vibes. A little while later Dan came to me with the perfect poker face and looked at us and said, i have exciting news, we got you aproved and at a great rate and payments way under my 500 maximum. I was shocked. He turned us over to Debbie for a million signatures, and Dan went to retrieve the car and transfer our plates to the new car. This was a long day for me, but well worth my time in the end. We walked in Prestige at 10 am and drove out with a beautiful shiny Cadillac by 3 pm, and i have to thank Dan & Debbie for all there hard work. I highly recommend Prestige PreOwned of Orange County to anyone who wants to make an honest deal with an honest guy, please go talk to Dan, you won't be sorry. More

Nobody jerked me around, insisted I finance instead, or tried to shove upsells I didn't want down my throat - it was a very smooth process on the buying end. On the trading-in side, their initial offer was very lowballed - but after some negotiation, we got it to a number we were both satisfied with without too much grief. My trade was, in fairness, a rarer model in rough condition, from a make that has gone bankrupt. I can't ever say that I like car dealerships, but Prestige Pre-Owned didn't give me any reasons to dislike them. Thanks for the no-nonsense experience. More
