Excellent service, friendly people I used to go to Prestige ( Ramsey , NJ ) for service, but recently my husband went to Middletown, NY that is closer to us. My husband went there twice for his car service and was very pleased and highly recommended that I go there instead of Ramsey, NJ. 2 people I dealt with today were Aracelis and Carla - they both were wonderful. While waiting for oil change and breaks replaced , we visited pre-owned show room. My son is looking to buy a car in near future and Tony salesman - was nice and pleasant. Professional and nice people. The whole reason I was going to Ramsey , NJ because I liked their great and honest service and we been going there for years. Will never go to Manhattan Lexus for service ! Hopefully Middletown Prestige service will be the same as Ramsey's Prestige - with 3 services we had so far there we were pleased. Thank you. More

The car I purchased was for a new, teenaged, driver and both Dan Gorelick and Mike Morganstein were understanding of my priority of safety. I never felt "overly encouraged" to buy one particular car over another. Never felt like it was a lot of haggling. They gave me an excellent price. When I took the car home one of the lights blew out, and they actually came to my house and brought it back to be repaired. And I live in Connecticut. GREAT EXPERIENCE my experience with Dan Gorelick and his team was a very easy experience. I initially came in to test drive two cars that I saw on the internet. I was assured by Dan that he would do whatever he can to help me get into a car that I would be happy with. The . end result was I drove away about a week later with a car that I thought that I would never thought that I would be able to afford along with a payment that I was comfortable with. Dan's approach was to listen to what I was looking for an to offer me a vehicle that was in line with what i was looking for, he delivered on all points. Debra Eckes was very resourceful when I went in to close the deal she offered me some tips for the future. Dan was patient with me and explained the car to me and its features and he went as far as to ask one of his co workers to answer some of my questions.
