The only critique I would mention is that he continued to try to sell me on small vehicle features (ie navigation) after I commited to the car and mentioned I didn't really care about certain features - I was buying the full package. Regardless, I would highly recommend a friend to purchase through Prestige as it makes the used car buying experience feel premium! I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but I am finally compelled to write my very first review after the exceptional experience I had with Da I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but I am finally compelled to write my very first review after the exceptional experience I had with Dan Gorelick over at Prestige Pre-Owned. I initially came in to look at a Lexus IS 250, which Dan had personally verified to be available and ready to see prior to my arrival for my appointment. The car was actually as described, in great condition, but after my test drive, I decided the Lexus wasn't for me (it was my first time driving one). Now what? I had no idea what I wanted now. Dan immediately showed me other vehicles in that class so I could figure out which car was right for me. I was blown away by not only how much he knew about the Lexus I came in to see, but also Cadillac, Mercedes, and BMW. After incredible patience from Dan, we found my dream car, a BMW 3 series. If it wasn't for Dan, I don't think I would have even considered this car on my own. Now comes the part, I assumed, where Dan becomes the bad guy. Wrong! We negotiated a fair price for both parties, and I even met his sales manager, Freddy Benitez, another gentleman. No good cop/bad cop routine that plays out at so many other dealerships; just transparency and professionalism. Even the finance manager Debbie was polite and expedient with our paperwork. Before I knew it, I was out on the road enjoying my new BMW. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had, thanks to Dan Gorelick. I look forward to recommending Dan and Prestige to anyone I know who is looking for a new car. More
