Not all heroes wear capes! When on lunch break from work, my wife damaged a wheel and cut its tire running over a curb hidden in the snow while I was driving across country and When on lunch break from work, my wife damaged a wheel and cut its tire running over a curb hidden in the snow while I was driving across country and unable to support her in person. The guys in the parts and the service department stepped up with the necessary replacement parts and arranged to get the vehicle towed from her work location, effected repairs, and returned it to her by COB the same day. This was a huge deal because we live 50 miles away from the metro Kansas CIty and she’d have been stranded without this superior service of this Volvo Dealership. I really can’t thank them enough for helping us out in our time of need. Thanks guys!!! More

Both times I had to contact a general manager because I knew the cost of the repairs should be covered by my warranty and it was so after leaving twice, after contacting a general manager, after the investigation then I got the excellent customer service.
