Our loaner was a 2019 model of the same type we were having serviced. Our car was ready when expected and had been hand-washed. This dealership performed a bumper-to-bumper vehicle check and since our car is a year old, there weren't any surprises. All these things are fairly simple but as I learned last month from a visit to another dealership with our other car, there are dozens of opportunities for failure. In this case there was good scheduling and execution with great communication. The facility isn't all marble and glass like your basic Lexus dealer's but it's very clean and organized. The people we were in contact with were attentive, proficient and respectful of our time. More
