Diagnostic check showed the battery was OK but needed to be charged. The technician performed an advanced diagnostic which showed the battery was failing. Dean McConville in parts had the battery on hand and they installed it...problem fixed! In and out very quickly and efficiently, Joe kept me informed throughout. As usual, great job all around. More

Brakes for our 2012 XC60 Joe and Richard did their usual outstanding job getting me in and into a loaner quickly.
