I called Nick Dollar, and describe the issue...he correctly diagnosed My daughter had a check engine light come on but nothing in the message center. I called Nick Dollar, and describe the issue...he correctly diagnosed, assured me that the car was drivable (daughter was 200 miles away at college). She drove directly to Premier Volvo and was greeted very professionally by Joe Hill and Richard Kinney. We swapped into a loaner and got the car back the next day with a new fuel filler tube (which Dean McConville had in stock). She was able to return to school on Sunday as planned. Thanks to Nick, Dean, Joe, Richard and Jimmy...always world-class service. More

Internet experience was excellent My wife was very interested in a new XC90, so we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to check out some cars. After seeing what the various trim packages My wife was very interested in a new XC90, so we stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to check out some cars. After seeing what the various trim packages and looked like in person, she went online and "built" her perfect car. Turns out, that car just happened to be available in St. Louis. We called the dealer in St. Louis and that vehicle turned out to be a demo. Not the end of the world, but not ideal. My wife decided she wanted that car as it was exactly what she wanted as far as color and equipment. I received a follow-up from Premier and let them know she found the exact car she wanted in St. Louis, it was a demo, and she decided she was going to purchase there. At that point Premier stepped up on a car with significantly more equipment, and my wife saw the value in it compared to the demo so she decided to purchase one locally. The entire transaction was handled online, and professionally. And, she is now driving her new XC90 from Premier. More
