The offer was honored, I was able to test drive the exact vehicle I requested for which was to my liking. I came in at 5 and left at 9 with the vehicle, which seems like a lot of time but when your talking about 30k you better take your time. One month out and I am still happy with my purchase. More

Ryan Nugent, Internet manager, has an almost super-human desire to please and seemingly didn't even mind when I called him rather too late in the evening on his cell with a question. Derek Russo, sales rep, melds amiable mellowness with quiet competence, a most agreeable combination (and pretty much the antithesis of so many in his profession). Mine was a rather low-end purchase, an older Elantra with a not-exactly eye popping price. Nevertheless, I was made to feel important and that my business was truly appreciated. I actually had fun.
