Unlike the other two dealers, who were pushy and offering models other than the ones I had quoted on at higher prices than the true car quote, the Potamkin staff were polite and non-aggressive and assured me they could deliver the car I wanted at the quoted price. (Actually, in the end they even bettered it by finding me all available incentives!) No pressure to add-on, upgrade etc - they got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them. More

I hesitated at first because I thought he was gonna be like his guys at the dealership who ripped me off, but he ended up being completely different from them. Jack was 100% willing to cooperate with me and attend to all my needs and complaints, in a very nice and professional manner. He apologized for the things I have complained about and was determined to meet my standards. So I set an appointment and came back to this dealership two weeks after my purchase. He re-wrote everything, removed all the stuff I didn't want on the contract, moved my first payment date, and even gave me three free services for the car as an apology for what happened. If you are going to this dealership make sure you look for Jack Schwartz. He is awesome. More

Extremely rude general manager We stopped by to check in on a car we have had our eye on after not receiving any follow-up calls or return emails. We asked Jack Schwartz why he didn't reply and his response was that he "chose not to - because he knew we would come to the dealership." The conversation deteriorated and he said he would "pass on this sale." (Danielle Sawyer, the sales consultant at Potamkin was, on the other hand, very pleasant.) Jack Schwartz is a very rude GM, and a ours was a very unpleasant experience at Potamkin. We had the complete opposite experience at White Plains Hyundai - the staff were more than courteous. Needless to say, White Plains Hyundai has earned our business. More
