Potamkin Hyundai should be a role model for others. I dealt with my local dealer for the last few leases. I did go back to there to inquire about a new Sante Fe. To my dismay they did not even have a ve I dealt with my local dealer for the last few leases. I did go back to there to inquire about a new Sante Fe. To my dismay they did not even have a vehicle on their property for me to even look at. The next day I did call my salesperson to inquire further. I told him that I was exploring my options. He stated that I would never find a deal elsewhere for what I wanted to pay per month. I enrolled in a car buying service also. I was told that those services are bogus, which they may be. Jack Schwartz, general manager, made a call to me and promised me the moon if I just would consider traveling to see him. We went over inventory, options and financial arrangements. He called me back with a price which was way below what my local dealer told me. I still was very leary of the offer and promises. Past situations have proved that they will say anything to get you in their door. I did go to Potamkin the next day hoping to pick up my new SUV and when I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by many professional employees. Now came the final part, seeing if all the promises were in fact the truth. Bottom line is that after all the paperwork, Dan Lenox, my sales consultant going over all the features of my new truck...I was able to drive my new truck home. Everything that was promised was delivered. I could not be happier exploring other options and it was definitely worth the trip. Kudos to them for going above and beyond to make me a customer, even the couple of follow up phone calls to make sure I understood the new truck and to get any questions answered that I may have had. I look forward to my future as a customer and I would not be the least bit embarrassed to recommend friends and family. Thank you. More
