Bad Car buying experience I bought a Chevy from them in 2001, it was an ok experience. My salesperson at the time Ken Perdue was excellent, but the managers were a nightmare to I bought a Chevy from them in 2001, it was an ok experience. I was going to give them another chance to earn my business, however they were rude and unkind; they told me that I was not allowed on the premises (I guess due to my many visits to shop for cars or whatever) I would NOT recommend them to anyone. I would give these crooks a negative zero if I could. You just lost a customer and a sale. Porter Automotive should be called Crook Automotive, because that's what they are a bunch of low-life crooks who will never earn my business EVER!!!!! P.S. they do more for those were screwing the State System and with lower credit than me, especially those who spend $1000 on sneakers, but don't pay their car notes or their rent vs. myself a student works his fingers to the bone. More

Alycia was very detailed and thorough about the various Murano trim levels and options available to me. I was in the process of buying a house at the time my 2006 Nissan Altima went down on me, so I couldn't purchase right away, hence the three week email correspondence back and forth. However, Alycia was very understanding of that and did not try to make me purchase something before I was truly ready and able too. When I finally came into the dealership, she had 4 options set out for me with my potential monthly payment for each. I truly appreciated that because it took a lot of the hassle out of it. I finally settled on a 2015 Nissan Murano SV Premium package, which I love. Alycia was awesome the entire time. I have to even tip my hat to Eric in finance who convinced my husband to add on the extended warranty and gap insurance. Thanks Alycia, Eric and Jeff. I am glad to be a part of the Porter family.
