The worst car dealer in Newark I have been looking in all the car dealers in Newark and this is clearly the worst. You can not trust them. I was interested in a used car but it n I have been looking in all the car dealers in Newark and this is clearly the worst. You can not trust them. I was interested in a used car but it needed to go into the workshop for a few things. They said they would call me when it was finished in a few days. Nobody called me, so I had to go again to ask. They said that was still in the workshop but they would call me. After a few days I asked about news and I was informed that the car was sold and they can not do anything about it: What about calling me as you promise? Then after 5 minutes of different excuses they lied saying that they called me, which is not true. Do a favor to yourself and don't show up there! Really poor experience compare with the other car dealers that show a lot more professional attitude a better service. I wasted 2 weeks waiting for this car because of a complete incompetent and unqualified car dealer. More

Bad service dept, trying to blame their mistake on customer! I went in to have a motor blower installed and picked my car up and while driving home all my wheels lock up on me. I had no brake work done and my br I went in to have a motor blower installed and picked my car up and while driving home all my wheels lock up on me. I had no brake work done and my brakes was fine when I got their now they say I need a master cylinder and brake booster. After I just paid them $806.00 for my repair. I filed with BBB & corporate complaints!! More

INCOMPETENT SERVICE DEPT. NOT OWNING UP TO THEIR MISTAKES !! If I could give this place ZERO stars for service, I would! Came in for a simple oil change, and was told that it would be done in about an hour. I If I could give this place ZERO stars for service, I would! I was alright with it at first, then being that it was a Saturday, and they were a little busy, I was willing to wait an extra half hour. But, after two and a half hours, I was still waiting there. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, it was finally done. But I found some brown oil spots on my beige leather seat. I tried to wipe it off as best as I could, but the marks were permanent then. Then I started driving away, but then I heard a clunking sound coming from under the hood as soon as I pulled out of the damned dealership. So I quickly pulled over as soon as I found a lot at the local Mickey D's there, and popped open the hood then found that the oil cap wasn't there! So, I started looking for it and found that it rolled to the side and lodged in a space that was, fortunately for me, easy to reach to and take back and capped the oil tank myself. What kind of BS service was this! I could've lost an oil cap/lid! I called them back soon after that and told them of it, and the service advisor said "could it have been possible that you opened the engine oil compartment yourself and forgotten to cap it back?" Again, what kind of BS service is this?! I have never experienced such non-sense service from ANY mechanical shop before! That was the last time this place will get my business. Avoid this dealership service department at all cost! More
