We discussed the vehicle I was interested in, I told her my max "out the door" price and then took the vehicle for a test drive. Not once did she try to sell me another vehicle or try to convince me to consider a higher priced vehicle. She stuck to my price and was even able to get it a little lower. No hassle, no stress, no typical dealership haggling. I had a preapproved loan from my credit union and Viviana offered to bewt their rates and asked if they could would I accept it. I agreed and Kelly in the finance dept was able to find a loan at a lower rate for me. Again, no hassle, no pressure.
