My fiance and I recently purchased a 2006 Mercedes CLS from KG Suzuki. Now I know reading this you're probably asking yourself, "Why the heck would they purchase a Benz from a Suzuki dealer?" Well we were from KG Suzuki. Now I know reading this you're probably asking yourself, "Why the heck would they purchase a Benz from a Suzuki dealer?" Well we were looking to upgrade from the vehicle we were driving at the time and we did our research online and KG had the most inventory matching what we were looking for, so we decided to give it a shot. I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions we could have made. It was a great experience. We knew too well of all the horror stories that other folks have written about with car dealerships and we were prepared and knew what to look out for. However everything was done in a straight forward and easy going manner. No hard sales tactics or shady business here. We were also used to it taking all day or night at these dealerships to get the purchase finished, but the process was quick! The salesman Fawad was very knowledgeable of all the products. Both my finance and I had a list of wants with a very limited budget and he was able to find the best fit for us and what we were looking for (which turned out to be the CLS). Not in our wildest dreams did we ever think that we would be able to afford a Mercedes but the Sales General Manager Morlon was great at getting me the best rate possible and again, this is coming from someone with a limited income and far from impeccable credit. He was patient with me through the entire process. I would definitely recommend KG Suzuki to anyone, and be sure to ask for Morlon and Fawad. More

I was on the KG Suzuki website and seen a 2006 5 series that I was interested in. Therefore I stopped in to see it for myself, and instantly fell in love with the car. My initial sales person Jose was very that I was interested in. Therefore I stopped in to see it for myself, and instantly fell in love with the car. My initial sales person Jose was very helpful and kind, although the car had jus came in and wasn't ready to even be shown the Manager Morlon allowed me to still check it out. Another sales person (Yousef) also then started showing me the car and the great sports package that came along with it. My initial intentions weren't to go in and purchase the vehicle the same day. But because of the courteous staff and the great customer service I just couldn't walk away. More

They are a Suzuki dealership but their high-end selection of vehicles is outstanding. I happened to not like the car that I was initially interested in but ended up purchasing another. The manager, Marlon Ri of vehicles is outstanding. I happened to not like the car that I was initially interested in but ended up purchasing another. The manager, Marlon Richards, offered to buy me lunch because my deal was taking long to get approved by the bank (my part due to bad credit). And Jesus was very patient, caring and attentive. Thank you so much to the Business Manager, as well, for making it happen! I'd definitely recommend these guys to EVERYONE! More

I gave all low ratings for the following reasons: 1) I called for a used car that I found on 2 websites REAL PROFIT FROM DOING FINANCE FROM YOU. I gave all low ratings for the following reasons: 1) I called for a used car that I found on 2 websites. I called 3 times the same day to make sure it was still in stock and on the lot!! They said yes each time I called. When I got the dealership, the dealer couldnt find the car, and asked the manager. The manager said it was given to a customer as a "loaner." No apology was given by the manager or the salesman, for wasting my time and I specifically called 3x throughout the day, and 1 hour before I left. 2) The listing price on 2 websites said $17,990. When I spoke to the manager to tell him I will be paying all cash, he said "oh no, no that is only for finance price only". I told him it does not say that anywhere on the site, and he said with a smirk "thats why it says online see dealer for details." He said all cash price is $24,990. 3) When I was there, a customer was arguing the salesman and manager because he wanted to test drive the car and they said only if you do a pre-approval first for financing. Since when do you need that for a simple test drive?? More

Awful experience with this dealer. I am from Florida and flew to NY to get a car. I did not get the courtesy of being picked up at the airport and had to pay for a cab to the dealer. Then I was sitting around waiting from 3pm to 11pm to get financing done when there was only one other couple there. The young guy that helped me with the car was nice. The floor manager, Marlon, shady! After we got to the final price they took the paperwork to the finance manager whose first name begins with S. and last name I don't recall but maybe was "Arman." This car looked perfect in the online picture but when I got there it had scratches, had been painted at least on the drivers side, and the back driver side had been scratched up and somebody tried to buff it out. Totally a surprise to me b/c that did not show this in the pics and told me after SEVERAL calls there that is was in perfect shape. After being there for numerous hours, I drove off with the car and the it's check engine lights on. I paid for their bullsh@@ 90 warranty which is worthless and I got a warranty for the life of the loan. Their b/s warranty has done absolutely nothing for me. I was told flat out if there was anything I needed just take it to the Lexus dealer and they can call KG Suzuki with no issues. Well, I go to Lexus about the light being on and KG Suzuki would not answer the phone when we called. I called 6 times. The dealer sat on hold for 34 minutes to get no help. Only someone took a message. They are an awful dealership and are shifty. DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THESE PEOPLE! YOU WILL BE TAKEN FOR YOUR MONEY! More

I pruchased a used audi from this dealership, First let me say there customer service skills where horrible the employees where horrible and the owner was horrible, when we where trying to work out a monthly payment the "owner" got so heated for some reason he began to curse at me and my husband! We left the dealership and about 20 minutes later the manager called me begging for us to come back, at that point i should have realized something was weird about the dealership. Anyway i ended up purchasing the audi because of the cheap price, about 3 days after owning the audi the oil light came on, just thinking it was low on oil i added about a quart 3 days later the same thing my car was burning over 3 quarts of oil in 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I then new something was terribly wrong with my car. I called KG SUSKI about 10 times, every time i called and asked for a manager they would tell me sure and to hold I WOULD BE ON HOLD FOR OVER 40 MINUTES NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. I got it looked at by an audi dealership it pretty much needed a new engine about 4k worth of work it needed CRAZY these people sold me a lemon !!! AUDI AMERICA REPAIRED MY CAR AT NO CHARGE BECAUSE THEY ARE TRUE TO THERE CUSTOMERS EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT BUY MY CAR THREW THEM AND IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. FLEMINGTON AUDI IN FLEMINGTON NJ IS AN AMAZING DEALERSHIP NOT LIKE THIS HALF xxx PLACE.
