STAY AWAY- FOR YOUR SAFETY- THESE GUYS ARE THIEVES AND LIARS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS- ONLY GO IF YOU WISH TO LOSE EVERY CENT YOU HAVE MADE OR YOU ENJOY HOURS OF ABUSE!!!! We found an ad on AutoTrader for a LIARS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS- ONLY GO IF YOU WISH TO LOSE EVERY CENT YOU HAVE MADE OR YOU ENJOY HOURS OF ABUSE!!!! We found an ad on AutoTrader for a pre-owned BMW with low miles. Pedro was our salesman who greated us who and initially seemed nice enough. He showed us the car and it was exactly what we had been looking for. We were buying this car for my daghter who was so excited that she found something exactly that she had always wanted. The car was listed for $22,900 and we would have been thrilled to buy it at that price. As soon as we finished the test drive, Pedro suggested we meet his boss to negotiate the price. However, that manager was hard at work forcing another customer to sign some papers and we could hear how abusive they were in their attempt to close this poor guy. At that moment, I wanted to leave because I was able to see what these scam artists were all about but my daughter fell in love with this car, so we stayed. About an hour later, Ernesto said that he couldn't move the price, so I said that we would pay cash and only looking for a $900 discount which was right in line with the value of this particular car. Another two hours passed and we were still sitting there while the manager and several other sales people were twisting this poor suckers arm relentlessly. Pedro and the other floor salesmen were all circling around this poor soul like salivating jackels waiting for the lion to finish his meal so that they could lick the leftover meat off this guy's carcass. Anyway, good old Ernesto finally comes out and says that his boss will let him give us the $900 bucks off, but we have to finance at least 80% of the cars cost and they would charge us almost 8% of !!. I said, that I could give them cash that day if the car checked out mechanically but Ernesto just looked at me with a stupid glazed look in his evil eyes and said, "Sorry, that's policy!" OK,so I did quick math and thought that the interest could be for just three months and I could pay off the loan at that time- this would be a small price to pay to make my daughter happy. So, I said, "OK"....... Another hour passed. Good old Ernesto finally comes out after my wife, my kid and I had spent over just four hours in this hell hole which wasn't even air-conditioned on the hottest day of the year and said: "OK, we're almost there, now of course you know we have to certify this car which will cost you just over$3,000 more!!" So, the price went from their advertised cost of $22,990 to $28,000 with the extra costs they invented to seperate the consumer from their money. I said that I didn't care if it were certified, I could bring it to a BMW dealer to do the 140 point check and it has low miles, so I don't need an extended warrenty. Ernesto started to drool like the lying idiot he is and said, "Sorry- policy!" He wouldn't even think of taking cash because that is not where they make their money- This is the typical "USED CAR PLACE" that everyone always warns you about and is what everyone means when they use the term "used car salesmen" as in this place it means "hold on to your wallet". Not a thimblefull of integrety or honesty and I am certain that had I said "yes" to the "certification", they would have found even more charges as they just know that the old adage "a sucker is born every second" and they are convinced whomever walks into this disgusting, seedy place should abide by that rule and most certainly is a sucker to take advantage of. I gathered up my heartbroken daughter and cursed the day I walked into this shylark, deceitful, disgusting theiving place. But, I hope people heed this warning and just stay away- we got away lucky- you may not!! More
I was in the market for a BMW 3 series convertible and went to Kg Suzuki. Got the instant hard sell by the salesperson, Kinney Galani. Very high pressure to buy the model I didn't want and add on options. went to Kg Suzuki. Got the instant hard sell by the salesperson, Kinney Galani. Very high pressure to buy the model I didn't want and add on options. Went with my kids who were told not to touch anything by two different salespeople on the showroom floor which is just rude. Every car had a bunch of dealer add ons which significantly raised the price on every model. The internet sales guy never replied to my email request for price. My family and I left very dissatisfied and will look for another dealer. AKG Suzuki left me with a bad impression. More
I NEVER want to purchase a car from a dealership ever again based on my experience at KG Suzuki. The price we agreed on for my vehicle was $13,000. When all said and done, I paid over $24,000. I left the again based on my experience at KG Suzuki. The price we agreed on for my vehicle was $13,000. When all said and done, I paid over $24,000. I left the lot in my "new" car with a bubble in the tire, no sun visor, bent rims, and no air conditioning. They also gave me one set of keys that were broken in half and scotch-taped together. They are thieves and lie about anything and everything to move a car of the lot. I understand there has to be a certain degree of lying to sell cars, but they make a sport of it...Please, please, please never step foot in this dealership no matter how enticing the offer appears. It is a wonder how "scumbag" Roger became a manager of any establishment. He has no idea how to treat a customer. His famous line, I noticed, is "I never said that". If you absolutely need to think about buying a vehicle from here, make sure to bring a recorder or a lawyer at least(not joking). More
These guys are utter con artists. First they added a $2,000 dollar 'reconditioning fee' to the advertised price of the car I went to look at (having originally asked for $2,900). They then convinced me $2,000 dollar 'reconditioning fee' to the advertised price of the car I went to look at (having originally asked for $2,900). They then convinced me to leave a $500 'fully refundable' deposit while they tried to work out an acceptable finance deal. Their finance 'package' involved trying to charge me $4,800 of fees as well as interest (fees & interest would've been more than the amount financed!). When I refused this and asked for my $500 back they demanded 10% of the cost of the car as a 'cancellation fee' - they even used the phrase 'and we get it', i.e. they clearly do this all the time. Lucky I paid the $500 on credit card and can get MC on the case! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!! More

THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER !!!! Drove 3hrs to buy a E350 which was listed on autotrader.com, called them right before leaving the house they said.. "don't worry we will hold for you" when I got there the car was nowhere to be found and I was told they could locate a similar car if I would give a 100% refundable deposit of $1000. Two weeks and several phone calls without any call back and reading lots of bad review decided to ask for a refund.. at which point was put on hold each time waiting for a manager who would NEVER pickup the phone. Once I was on hold for over 45mins !! Now I am working with my credit card company to get my $$$ back. BEAWARE OF THESE SCUMBAGS !!! More
This dealer is a good dealer to do business with. I got my car and have had no problems so far. The interest rate was fair and the car was immaculate. I will buy a car from these guys again and recommend a my car and have had no problems so far. The interest rate was fair and the car was immaculate. I will buy a car from these guys again and recommend all my friends as well to this dealer. My wife is going to need a car soon and she had her eyes on one of their Mercedes E350's that they had. The manager even gave me a coupon for a free oil change. More
It has nothing to do with the salesperson. It has something more to do with how the company was run. I was very unfortunate to come to this place and tried to trade in my car. It has been 2 days an something more to do with how the company was run. I was very unfortunate to come to this place and tried to trade in my car. It has been 2 days and I still have no deal. The financing terms were very questionable, internet prices of the cars were false - they add at least $2,000 - $3,000 (even to another who wanted to buy a car in CASH!). Don't be fooled by the prices they have online, it only to lure customers into their dealearship. Steer clear of this place. More
