These guys are GOOD. This is my first car that I bought myself. I got good credits but never had a car finance loan. All the other dealers I seen on Northern Blvd said I gotta crawl before I walk meaning g myself. I got good credits but never had a car finance loan. But I wanted a nice car and I didn't wanto put nobody else on my loan. Rick my salesman helped me pick a good car a bmw 328 and alex the internet manager gave me the Internet price. My father checked the car and it was good so Edwin the boss did his magic and got me the laon. Nobody neversaid cosinner or cheaper car. Then Richard the financial manager did all my papers got me a lojack and that was it. I almost didn't believe how easy it was. I was nervous to drive it like it was not mine. It was real easy the guys was all sweet. If u want a hot car and everybody else say no go here More
They did what they said they would. Got me approved with score 540something. Got VW passat. Very happy. Had read online about certification fees they charged but every car I ever bought had fees. The difference is They did not charge me like no preperation or delivery fees like I did b4. Showed me everything they fixed in certification plus b4 and after pics to show how they cleanded it and . Car was like brand new looking and drives incredible. Welkl worth paying a fee for real work they did not a fantom fee. They were very cool and relaxed (almost too relaxed-they did not put no pressure) I say go here if u want a mercedes or bimmer (that's all they seLl mostly-my vw stuck out like a sore thumb on the lot) and u want a good price More

Kenny, who is the owner of KG, actually denied to my face that he was the owner of the dealership when I confronted him with issues that I was having with my 2 week old car and his arrogant staff. He was of no help at all and was so rude. I left the dealership in tears with car only repaired 3/4 of the way after waiting in the service area for 8 hours - after my scheduled appointment. The service team is rude, unprofessional, and clearly only there for a job - not for the customers. More
Saw an ad on craigslist and their website advertising a car for $9990.00, called in and told them I want the car and they had told me to come in and we had scheduled the appointment for the next day. Sales rep was Rick. 2 people told me different information on the car. Told me car had 1 owner and car was from a trade in. As soon as I carfaxed/auto check the car, car was won from the auction and it had 3 previous owners. After I had told them about it they said, they thought I was talking about another car. Really, they are full of it. Then I had to call Rick at the end of the day to confirm the appointment tomorrow and he goes like, "Hey I am sorry but I cannot give you the car for that price. The ad was a mistake. It suppose to be $12,999.99" I said "what are you talkin about? I understand one ad can be a mistake but I saw it on two websites on two total different ads." Then he hung up on me. Thank god I did not buy this car off them, if any problem came up (which i'm sure there would be) they will just BS me the whole way through. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! More
Complete Fraud! He will be very friendly with you but at the end you will be fooled into signing something you really will regret. Trust me - walk away from them! They claim many tings but they know how to do the fraud very very well. They sold me a car with problems claiming it was certified - no certification was given. The financial charge came to be 2X as much as the cost of the car! I'm not kidding. Just research about them online you will see plenty of these cases. They been sued alot - they know how to make themselves clean doing fraud. More
