A car buyer worst nightmare.. Drove in NYC traffic to get to this dealership to have the worst experience ever. Left a down payment on a car to return the next day to finish up paper work, but when i returne to this dealership to have the worst experience ever. Left a down payment on a car to return the next day to finish up paper work, but when i returned the next day they couldn't find the car anywhere in the lot because another salesman had sold the car to someone else. Spoke with the manager and that was useless cause he didn't do anything. At that time i desperately needed a car before the weekend ended for work so I had to settle for something else from them. (If i had more time I would of never bought from them) So I picked another car and drove it home. a month and a half later my brake light goes off, so now i need new brakes. I take the car back and demand them to replace my brakes because they sold me the brakes with less then 50% life on them and according to what the salesman told me they replace everything that has less than 50% life on it. So if you still decide to buy from this dealership, make sure you check everything on the car including the tires I had to pay for tires myself because i didn't want to deal with them anymore. And get an oil change as soon as you get them car or demand one from them cause they sure didn't do it. I had to get my engine pumped because I was under the impression that they had changed my oil. So i don't even know how long my car went without an oil change... If you could avoid this dealership, DO IT! More

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They are scam artists that try to rip you off. They add a ridiculous fee for 160point inspection on top of there to good to be true price dealership. They are scam artists that try to rip you off. They add a ridiculous fee for 160point inspection on top of there to good to be true prices. Let me also clarify that there to goo to be good price is only if you checked what there offering online and not whats marked on the car in there lot and also if you plan on financing through them. If your looking to buy all cash expect them to throw a ridiculous price at you. Finally haggling for 4 hours and showing proof of insurance before they even tell you if your approved for the loan and what your APR you have to sit with the bank who is full of more crap then the sales man. They try to make you lock in a payment that is ridiculous and when working it out comes out to be double what your agreed price is. They do not go over specific numbers and try to blame the difference in price on lenders fees (with good credit buying a used car, i knew that was crap). Walking in there i was already approved for a 4% APR for 48month term with no lenders fee by CHASE (my credit it more than 700). First they tried to tell me my credit score of 700 wasn't that good and told me the best financing they were approved for was 10% over 60 month term and acted as if they were doing me a favor and that no matter where I went I couldn't avoid lenders fee's due to my credit. Plus they do not sit down and work out numbers until you are locked into a payment amount which makes no sense. From personal experience of buying 4 prior vehicles both new and used this is not how it is done! When I explained to them my concern of course I was given attitude at which point I took back my down payment and left! I have never experienced such horrible customer service, lies and scams on every little thing they do there. Please don't be fooled or scam for your hard earned money at this place, avoid at all cost. I'm just glad I I took my business elsewhere so please avoid at all cost!! More
Horrible experience. They took a $500 deposit to "hold the car" and then when I changed my mind, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Most people in there were very rude and no "hold the car" and then when I changed my mind, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Most people in there were very rude and no one explained anything. i asked about financing and I was told that I would not know the rate or payment until i signed everything. Then they tried to get me to insure the car before I even owned it. Never again will I deal with this place and I would not come close to rcommending it EVER!! More

I first noticed KG Suzuki online while shopping for my new Mercedes Benz. They had the exact model I was looking for, a Black 2008 CL63 Coupe online and the price seemed too good to be true. So I called new Mercedes Benz. They had the exact model I was looking for, a Black 2008 CL63 Coupe online and the price seemed too good to be true. So I called and spoke to Francisco, one of their salespeople. My experience with him was great. He was knowledgeable and informative and had a great attitude. After speaking with him about the details on the CL63, he assured me that we could work on the price when I came down and he would do everything in his power to make me happy and fulfill my dream. I told him I was 50 miles away and wanted to make sure he would work with me because I was coming down with the intent of driving out in the Benz and leaving them my car. He re-assured me all would be well and we made an appointment for me to come in. It was a Wednesday when I came in and was greeted by Francisco as planned. I was surprised to see the Benz clean and sitting out front when I got there. He saw my excitement and took me right out to see the car, no waiting. That was great since I didn’t have a lot of time. When I got to the car, I looked at every detail and couldn’t find anything to really talk about. The car was excellent. The interior was freshly cleaned and the car was looking great. By the time I was done examining the car, Francisco had a dealer plate in hand ready to take me for a ride. The car was everything I had hoped it would be. I felt closer to taking it home, but still had to get into the numbers. Once we sat down at his desk, we reviewed the numbers we had spoken about over the phone and all was as discussed. We talked about a certification fee which I was ready for because I’ve been shopping some and was already presented with certification fees at two local Mercedes dealers in the few weeks prior. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their fee was less than it was at the last Mercedes dealer. Then I spoke to the Finance Manager Anthony who was very upfront and professional. He explained the finance options and reviewed warranty options. We agreed on a final deal and in the end, my rate was great and the deal was surprisingly straightforward, just like it had been from the beginning. He said we’ll handle some final paperwork and you’ll be driving your new car home in 2o minutes or so. And that’s how it went; 20 minutes and I had the keys in my hand and was ready to go! It’s been a few weeks since I’ve purchased and been driving my 2008 Mercedes now and I have to say that every time I think about my experience at KG Suzuki I smile knowing that they helped me fulfill a longtime dream; the one I’m sitting in right now. Thanks KG!! More

The used vehicle ended up costing $10,000 more than it was listed for. It went up in flames before we got it. The manager (owner?) Kenny, would not substitute it for another car. All the paperwork was d was listed for. It went up in flames before we got it. The manager (owner?) Kenny, would not substitute it for another car. All the paperwork was done and I owned it, even though their sales person (James) was driving it when it caught fire and it remained on their property. They refused a refund or repair or exchange. They insisted my insurance company repair the vehicle and that we keep it after that, paying for the financing. I had to pay the $500 deductible. They said I should be grateful it didn't catch fire with my daughter in it. They have refused to take responsibility for the vehicle in any way. Kenny said I had two choices. I could either pay to get the car repaired or he would deliver it to my home on a flatbed truck and I could pay for the transportation. No one at the dealership was willing to take any responsibility for the whole mess. James, the salesperson who sold it to us and drove it to its end, said I payed him $100 to drive it to me,when in fact he told me it would cost me $100 to leave the car in their parking lot over the weekend. I was to pick it up on Monday and was away for the weekend. He offered to drive it to us on Monday and I accepted the offer, however, I received a call from him Sunday telling me he'd decided to surprise us (after having driven the car to the Bronx because other people were still trying to buy it, which makes no sense) and as he was driving to our house, the car caught fire. For two days, no one would call me back. On Tuesday I finally caught Edwin (who set up the financing) and Kenny (who says he's in charge)who said the above and didn't care to make the situation right in any way. More
I purchased a used car in this dealer, if i kenw before about they extra illegal taxes that they charged, i was never going to purchase it. I got a 2005 Audi that was for sale for $ 15 thousand and they en about they extra illegal taxes that they charged, i was never going to purchase it. I got a 2005 Audi that was for sale for $ 15 thousand and they ended up charging $24 thousand for it, $8 thousand was the total of taxes, based in other dealers the taxes should be around $ 2 thousand for the goverment taxes and about $2 thousand for the delaler fee. Unfortunetly i did not see the contract when i signed it as i believed the dishonest and disrespectful financialist,s confession that the car was going to be around $19. I went back the next day to ask the financialist after reading the contract home and he was so rude did not bother to explain the extra taxes charged or anything else from the contract. He kicked me out of his office saying he was busy and could not answer my questions, than i spoke to the manager and did not get any resolution, now i am stuck with a car of value $15k to pay with a finance loan of 60 months in the amount of $24. Please anybody who is interesting in purchasing cars in this dealer, just be careful!!!!! I have seen other people complains at the news of Fox 5 channel with Ernesto Diaz, complaining about the same thing: their illegal extra taxes that they never let know to the clients in advance, and about their nasty behavior towards the customers !!!!I hope somebody will file a lawsuit and one day this dealer will shut down. The wife and I went to KG Suzuki to buy a new SX-4 that was advertised at a certain price and was told that those models were already sold even though the listings are still on the internet. They pushed an was advertised at a certain price and was told that those models were already sold even though the listings are still on the internet. They pushed another 2011 SX-4 on us that had a MSRP of $20,000 in change along with 42 miles already on the odometer and we were able to talk the salesman down to $19,150.00 plus our 2007 Chevy Impala trade in which we were offered $9000.00. After all said and done we bought the vehicle and surrended the trade in after switching the insurance over and was than told that they could only offer us a 48 month finance at 0% even though we were promised a 60 month deal at 0%. Than the owner Mr.K.Galanni of the dealership went ballistic on the salesman and manager for writing the deal and told us he could not sell the car to us. A small dispute erupted between us and the owner and we left after our insurance was switched back to our original car. Salesman who is named Germaine was very professional and helpful, but management lacked professionalism. Owner should keep his abusive ways between himself and his employees and not in front of customers and especially not argue with someone trying to buy a car from you. I do not recommend KG Suzuki and you should stay away from this dealership. I will now try to find this vehicle at Great Neck Suzuki in Long Island. More
