The positive reviews must be from the salepeople or the two girls they have sitting in the back office.These people are crooks. They lie, steal and cheat. They can't even get a bank to work with them because they lie to the banks that they are trying to get to help with financing. They will inspect a car that should normally fail just to get it off the lot. They sell cars they know are defective. Their customer service is the worse! They wanted my son to leave a deposit on a car that they weren't sure they would be able to finance. They want you to call your insurance company and add a car that doesn't even belong to you. Marlon is a liar and darryl is the worse! There is nothing good about this dealership. They try and take advantage of people that have less thanaverage credit and try to overprice cars to buyers that have stellar credit. I hope that the attorney general, and DMV takes their license and shut them down! More

KG Suzuki is the absolute worst car DEALERSHIP. All of the LOW RATINGS should speak volumes to you as a buyer. STAY FAR AWAY from this Dealership. KG Suzuki is the absolute worst car dealership I've ever been to. The other bad reviews of this place are Dead-On!!! First off, their advertised internet prices are just to lure you in. You can expect to add at least $5,000 to whatever price you see online. They call the upcharge a "CERTIFICATION" fee which is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!! The cars are NOT CERTIFIED USED CARS AT ALL. Expect to spend your ENTIRE DAY WAITING for the salesman to have you sit with their Finance Manager. They pay a waiting game to make feel pressured into buying a vehicle from them so you don't feel like you've wasted you whole day there. This is why the advertise as "DRIVE AWAY THE SAME DAY" because they know once your gone, YOU WILL NOT BE BACK!! The have their GAME down packed!!! Once, you're READY TO TALK NUMBERS they BS you and give you these OUTRAGEOUS FEES AND SUPER HIGH INTEREST RATES and try to put you in a MINIMUM OF A 60-MONTH LEASE WHERE YOU CANNOT REFI WITHOUT PAYING A PENALTY. The vehicles look good upon first glance BUT then TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT THEM!!! They are DENTED, SCRATCHED AND MISSING SOME PARTS. Example: Open the hood on the car to make sure it stays up (No Missing Shocks) or the glove compartment to check to see if the manuals are there. Even MORE SERIOUS, the vehicles appear to have some SUBTLE IN APPEARANCE BUT MAJOR MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. I KNOW ALL OF THIS BECAUSE I KNEW A SALESMAN WHO WORKED THERE FOR A SHORT WHILE. He QUIT because they promised a certain commission amount for selling cars but didn't come remotely close to the commission he was promised. Now, if the rip -off their own salespeople just think of what they will do to you!!! ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE, BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM KG SUZUKI. THUMBS DOWN!!!! More
Kg suzuki recently helped my girlfriend get her first newer car. We stayed there for quite some time but it was definately worth the wait because she's happily driving around her Nissan rouge. This dealership is simply amazing. I have given them a 5 star rating in all aspects because the customer service is great. Do NOT go there, scamers, price would be 10000 more than advertised and you'll know it after first bill. Service is dissaster, under their wwarranty I left the car and it was sitting for a week and they tol advertised and you'll know it after first bill. This is the most unethical car company I have ever dealt with. I drove 75 miles to purchase a car which was advertised as clean, 75K miles, automatic and having undergone a 160 point inspection. I also had received an attractive Internet price quote. When I arrived they could not find the car. When they did, I discovered the car was a stick with 107K miles. It was filthy damaged on the outside with the mirror hanging off of the car. When I popped the hood, the engine was filthy and the battery was green with corrosion. To top it off, when I started negotiating, the price quoted was doubled because I did not want to finance the car. Complete bait and switch. The salesman I dealt with was a liar. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE THIEVES. More
Like many others who who mentioned, they will add bogus fees to drive up the price. In my case the those fees brought the car to the fair market value so whatever. That's wasn't so bad other than they tric fees to drive up the price. In my case the those fees brought the car to the fair market value so whatever. That's wasn't so bad other than they trick you to come in with their "too good to be true" price. But that is common. But what they also do is make you get their financing which includes the cost of a warranty and gap insurance program. To try to coerce you to get their financing even if you don't want the extra programs, they will tell you that you can payoff their loan after carrying their loan for few months and the payoff will not include the unused portions of the extra programs. So in the end you just payoff the remaining portion on the car. I still have few more months before I can pay off, so I'm not sure how that is going to go down. But I called the bank and the warranty company and their story does not match the dealer. So, watch out. If you get the warranty thinking that you can cancel when you payoff, that may not be true. Never go here!! Worst car buing exprience ever. I stupidly bought a car from them about 6 months ago. Car is now completly dead and going to cost me a ton of money to fix and they warenty they sold m stupidly bought a car from them about 6 months ago. Car is now completly dead and going to cost me a ton of money to fix and they warenty they sold me will not cover it because of something that voided the warrenty before I even purchaed the car. I still have not recieved a title for the car. The title they sent to the DMV was missing signatures and rejected to was unable to be completed. I am now having to track down the original owners of the car to try and get them to sign the paperwork needed. The dealership is terrible, they will not help you in anyway and only try to screw u over for as much $ as possible then send u on ur way and never try to help you again. If you hate $ and love dealing with a ton of problems then this is the place you should go. I would never go back and woul dnot tell anyone to go here. They are a horrible dealership that will only try to screw you over. More
