I am in the market for a preowned Audi A8 sedan. Because of the limited availability of certain cars in the area where I live, many times I have to shop out-of-state to find the car that I want. I have purc of the limited availability of certain cars in the area where I live, many times I have to shop out-of-state to find the car that I want. I have purchased five or six cars sight unseen over the Internet during the last several years, and have never had an issue doing this. This dealership had a car that I was interested and listed on AutoTrader, at a price that was $4-$5000 lower than comparable cars. They claimed that the car had a clean Carfax and title, so I was interested in it. I called the dealership and asked whether they had a document preparation fee. The sales rep replied no, but that they had a $2995 "certification fee." She then rattled off a list of the supposed benefits of this certification. It sounded like a glorified service contract. I advised her I was not interested in purchasing a warranty, and that I intended to pay cash for the car. Her response was "oh, well the cash price for the car is $24,995." It was listed on AutoTrader at $19,990. I asked why I was being charged $5000 more to pay cash rather than finance, and she replied "The price on the Internet is a price that the bank is running as a holiday special for customers who finance with them." I then asked who owned the car, the dealership or the bank? "We are a bank owned dealership." I asked which bank owned the dealership. She replied "Cap One, and some other banks that I can't remember." She was lying through her teeth. The dealership sells cars at a discount, and makes their profit by selling overpriced service plans that turn out to be worthless, and by charging exorbitant interest rates to the people that finance through their "bank." If you choose not to buy a service plan or finance with them, they jack the price up on the vehicle by $5000. Avoid this dealership like the plague. More
Every review on here is right on point. These people are crooks and scam artists. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I can't stress it enough! They lure you in with a low internet price then tell you it's an crooks and scam artists. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I can't stress it enough! They lure you in with a low internet price then tell you it's an additional $3,000 for their B.S. Inspection and on top of that you HAVE to finance through their "banks and lenders" with an enormously high interest rate or they will lower it if you get their B.S. warranty (not really a warranty but a "extended service plan" from GWC - who are scam artists themselves and find any and every excuse not to honor any repair, look up their complaints and you'll see) At the end of it you'll pretty much end up paying double what the car is actually worth. And the best part, they don't give you these numbers until they keep you waiting for 5+ hours, so either you have wasted all that time, or you're gonna walk away ripped off thousands of dollars. How these people are still in business, I have no idea... Just do yourself a favor and stay away! More
You are lured in by low internet prices to the find there is a fee added for the 160 inspection, you are never told your contract payment not percentage until you are set to sign a contract which has an addi is a fee added for the 160 inspection, you are never told your contract payment not percentage until you are set to sign a contract which has an additional fee of a useless warranty which is "optional" but then turns out if you wish to remove it becomes a problem. you are left waiting for hours, told ten different stories about why your original price has been doubled and why you only qualify for a 20% interest rate loan with a ridiculous monthly fee although you have 670+ credit score. Its unfortunate you go in hoping to come out with a car and you leave with a sour taste that you have been played like a fiddle. More

I'm not even sure this is a real place. I emailed this place two times over three days with no response. I tried calling them and got some cranky woman (who clearly doesn't like her "job"). I asked i this place two times over three days with no response. I tried calling them and got some cranky woman (who clearly doesn't like her "job"). I asked if they negotiate over the phone or email and she said I had to come down (I live 130+ miles away). They attract people that live far away with their "low prices" just to pressure them to paying a higher price when they get there. They're just con-artists. All the "good" reviews are written by them. Don't waste your time or energy for this scam. More
They offer one price but when it comes time to sign the paperwork they increase the price and then want you to finance through them etc… They are pushy and fit the standard definition of a Slimy used car paperwork they increase the price and then want you to finance through them etc… They are pushy and fit the standard definition of a Slimy used car lot. Do not waste your time or money here unless you want to be ripped off. More
I purchased a 2009 bmw 335i x drive coupe in January 2013 which was a big mistake. The price they give is too good to be true because they jack it up with the 160 point inspection that is supposed to have yo which was a big mistake. The price they give is too good to be true because they jack it up with the 160 point inspection that is supposed to have your car in like new condition. My car needed brakes, the tpms was broken, the tow hook cover was missing from the bumper, the cup holder was cracked completely off, the seatbelt lever was broken off, the front grill was cracked, the side marker light covers were cracked, all 4 rims were chipped , there were no mats and no manual for the car. I could go on but you get my point. Anyway the salesman told me they will take care of everything as well they should being I was charged between $2100-2300 I forget the amount, but they didn't fix everything. They will charge you for gap insurance and some other theft deterrent glass etching that you don't need and Amron will insist that you do as well as a $3500 gwc warranty he will tell you the bank needs you to get a warranty in order to get the loan. This is an outright LIE. Once I found out he lied to me I sent a certified letter with a cancellation request to GWC I finally got around to calling them today. They told me my warranty was cancelled as of 04/01/13 and they mailed the check to kg suzuki. I called twice today and of course Amron was not available and they took my number down. They owe my $3500 and they should have given to me months ago. I will be calling the attorney general and the BBB and if I don't get my money back soon I will be taking them to court. Stay far away from this place. Go to a real dealership that have people with integrity and morals not scam artists and fast talkers. More

Never go there, liars and scamers, in their warranty they will just wash the oil from your oil leak or reset the sensor that is on as they did to me until their warranty expires! I bought my 2007 bmw 530xi i will just wash the oil from your oil leak or reset the sensor that is on as they did to me until their warranty expires! I bought my 2007 bmw 530xi in february and over paid 10000 $, advertised price 14000, 25000 was the final cost. In 6 months I spend 3000$ for all kinds of oil leaks and sensors, now i want to pay of my car so i can sell it or trade it and the warranty that i had to buy to get the deal of 99$ per month for 60 months that they charge and tax right away which is 5940$ you can't get a penny back and they promised ( financal manager, sleezy bold hindu guy) when i want to pay off my car to call warranty company or kg suzuki so they reimburse money out of it. GWC warranty tells me i get the money if my car is stolen or reposesed and if have another deal with dealership to call them. I called and phone girl tells me manager is gonna call you but i don't know when, guess what never gonna happen like anything else if you deal with them. Do not go there if you have a little brain do NOT even think about buying car from them! And all those reviews with yes are a set up, family or employes! More
I rode a bus 5 hours to New York to purchase a BMW 325xi. Car wouldn't start when I got there. The battery was dead and there was no gas. Most of there luxury cars are repos and salvage vehicles from Hurrica Car wouldn't start when I got there. The battery was dead and there was no gas. Most of there luxury cars are repos and salvage vehicles from Hurricane Sandy. The Suzuki's are just a front. This place is a joke. Don't even waste your time or money. I had $6000 down and they still lied and said I wasn't qualified after promising me I was. They did refund my money the same day. I ended up purchasing a 2009 BMW 328i the very next day from a real dealership locally. If you still go to KG Suzuki after reading this review HAHAHA! Don't say i didn't warn you. More
