Yesterday, I picked up my MUSTANG as agreed. I paid $ 702 and left. Unfortunately I found that the car was delivered to me dirty and smelly. I also own a TOYOTA LAND CRUISER and in the past I had a MAZDA, where I performed all the services and the car was always returned to me clean and perfumed, in addition, under pandemic, even sanitized. Spending $ 700, it seems to me that a minimum of attention to a customer who has always carried out by maintenance service at FORD PLANTATION is a must. Then, the icing on the cake: the resolution of the claim regarding the rear camera defect was carried out by low-level amateurs, in addition to having left the trunk dirty with debris of copper and wire, the wires were left unprotected and not secured to the bodywork. (See pics) Therefore, I believe that my trust in FORD PLANTATION is definitively closed. Richard in the service department represents what great customer service should be. He was very prompt in letting me know what my car needed and the time frame it would take to complete the work. Everyone, from Shelley who first answered my original questions, to Richard in the service department, to the charming gentleman who handed me the keys when the job was completed, made this easy and totally stress free!
