Acceptable car service with unacceptable customer service. Car was at the dealership for a diagnostic for a total of 8 days. From the time I dropped off the car untill the time I picked it up I received no proactive communication from the service center about the expected timeline or status of the vehicle. Three days after the car was dropped off, having not heard anything, I started calling my assigned service representative (Jose) to get an update on the service status of the vehicle. I called a total of 12 times over the following 5 days. Not a single one of those calls was answered. I left a voice mail each of those 12 times with my name and number requesting a call back and did not receive a single call back. After 8 days of being ignored by the service representative I contacted the dealership receptionist first thing in the morning and asked to speak to the service manager. The receptionist was able to confirm that the car had been looked at the previous day and was ready to be picked up (when were they planning to let me know?) and informed me that the service manager would call me back shortly to discuss the details of the service. He never did. Diagnostic work on the car was fine, but the communication was atrocious. More

Yesterday, I picked up my MUSTANG as agreed. I paid $ 702 and left. Unfortunately I found that the car was delivered to me dirty and smelly.
