If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This was my second — and absolutely last — experience at Plantation Ford. I’d rather drive out of town than deal with them again.
When you arrive, nobody greets you. Everyone pretends to be too busy to notice customers, so you just stand there until you figure it out yourself. Horrible customer service.
I brought my car in to fix the A/C thinking Ford would handle it properly. They replaced the compressor but couldn’t sync the system to the dashboard screen. The A/C now works separately from the car’s display. When I pointed it out, they said maybe it “was like that before.” Completely insulting.
After insisting they review it, I left the car and got a call an hour later: “There’s nothing we can do.” My advisor even admitted the manager Colby Ferch wouldn’t return my call because “he won’t do it.”
I paid nearly $2,000 for this. The car is now worth less, and the A/C still isn’t right. They also quoted $850 for a spare key — without programming! Ridiculous.
This dealership overcharges, underdelivers, and takes zero responsibility. Go anywhere else.
I leased a Ford Mustang Mach E GT. My salesman was John Ball. You can be sure whatever John tells you it will happen. Also, the dealership feels like a local down home dealer which is refreshing. I highly recommend Plantation Ford. By the way I live about 80 miles from Plantation Ford.
