Service is a nightmare. If you don't agree with Mark, too bad for you, he will insinuate you are a liar. Pathetic! They would not take responsibility for the damage they did to my wheels. TPMS was fine when I got there, did not exist when I got back into truck. I changed the rims to 20" but it was from another 2022 F-250 which I saw on site when I bought them. TPMS was fine for 2 months before I went to dealership. When truck was done warning came up on dashboard info screen. Both service writer and/or tire guy would have seen this when they first brought the truck back into service area. Neither said anything because it was not there. Service writer Adam assured me new TPMS were being installed after he went into service area at my request. I had to pay $350+ to make my truck whole again, it only has 1600 miles on it. Mark said it was MY FAULT. Hard to believe. Second issue, the new stock tires they put on my truck were partially to wholly black with yellow on the tires (1 tire). most tire shops clean the tires before they give the vehicle back. This is one sorry dealership! I thought the black & yellow would wash off, no chance. I bought 3 cleaners to no avail. I was given a sheet of paper which boasted of a 60 day guarantee if you were not happy with the tires, go back to the place you bought them for a full refund, no questions asked. I went back to Plantation Ford so called service & spoke once again to king Mark, service manager. First he said I had to call Michelin, I showed him the guarantee they gave me with the 60 day satisfaction guarantee on it & to return to place of purchase for refund. He abruptly said NO, I had to call tire manufacturer. He then went on a few moments later & said he has honored this guarantee in the past & Michelin owed him (Plantation Ford I guess) $5000, which they have never paid. So he admitted he should & has honored the tire warranty in the past but because he could not make his vendors pay what he said Michelin owes he would not honor guarantee for me. Absurd. I could go on but I am sure this shows the mistreatment I have gone through at Plantation Ford. I live in Plantation & bought this truck there because of that & even paid $1000 over sticker price. If you don't want to be treated like a second-rate citizen, don't go to Plantation Ford!! More

Unlike other Ford dealerships in the region that I've dealt with in the past, the staff at Plantation Ford were refreshingly transparent and honest. They didn't try to push me into a purchase or sell me something that I didn't want or need. I had never done business with them before, but I contacted several Ford dealerships before I placed my custom order, and only Plantation Ford passed my vetting process. I am so glad I chose them! Fredy Llerena and Duane Diaz from the sales staff were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Plantation Ford kept their word and were always upfront and transparent about everything. They didn't try to hide any fees or surprise me with hidden costs, which was a huge relief after dealing with other dealerships in the area. Winston Howell from their finance department made the finance and paperwork process quick and easy, and I was able to do it all from home. Overall, I would highly recommend Plantation Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. The staff is friendly, helpful, and truly cares about their customers. If you're tired of dealing with pushy or dishonest salespeople, contact Plantation Ford for a smooth and stress-free car buying experience. They are not my closest Ford dealer, but they will still get all my future Ford-related business. More

Acceptable car service with unacceptable customer service. Car was at the dealership for a diagnostic for a total of 8 days. Upfront time estimate for the car to be seen by a mechanic was "a couple of days." From the time I dropped off the car untill the time I picked it up I received no proactive communication from the service center about the expected timeline or status of the vehicle. Three days after the car was dropped off, having not heard anything, I started calling my assigned service representative (Jose) to get an update on the service status of the vehicle. I called a total of 12 times over the following 5 days. Not a single one of those calls was answered. I left a voice mail each of those 12 times with my name and number requesting a call back and did not receive a single call back. After 8 days of being ignored by the service representative I contacted the dealership receptionist first thing in the morning and asked to speak to the service manager. The receptionist was able to confirm that the car had been looked at the previous day and was ready to be picked up (when were they planning to let me know?) and informed me that the service manager would call me back shortly to discuss the details of the service. He never did. Diagnostic work on the car was fine, but the communication was atrocious. More
