This place is garbage. They were unable to repair my car x2, and then wanted to charge me on the third trip for the same problem they couldn't fix perviously. I took my 2014 Ford Fiesta to Plantation Ford for Warranty work on the transmission covered by the extended warranty. It was absolutely the worst experience in my life. They treated me and my vehi Warranty work on the transmission covered by the extended warranty. It was absolutely the worst experience in my life. They treated me and my vehicle very badly. It took nearly 3 months, most of which the car just sat there. Every week I had to go there to renew the rental and fight with them and the warranty people. At the end, they just threw me the keys with no explanation of the work done, no test drive. The car wouldn't start (Dead Battery) and it wouldn't hold a charge since they left it discharged for so long. I had to purchase a new battery. I initially refused to return the rental car keys until my complants were addressed. They threatened to call the police and told me I was not welcome there anymore. The Transmission was not fixed correctly which was verified by another Ford Shop. They took the money from the Extended Warranty Policy which luckily they are covering the fix again after much effortvon my part. Avoid this place Plantation Ford.. they are mean and nasty to deal with. There are plenty other Ford Places to buy or service your Ford Car where they treat you fairly and with respect. More
