Excellent customer service! My sales consultant, John Ball, constantly kept me up-to-date about the order of my new Ford Bronco via text and even sent me pictures once it was it! The purchase of the vehicle took less than 2 hours because the paperwork was ready ahead of time. On-site, I was thoroughly walked through the features of the Bronco by my rep who even attended an out-of-state seminar about this new model. Brian Minesweaser ask me how I plan to use the vehicle and then went over all the accessories available. I definitely plan on getting the Ford dog harness/seatbelt for my French Bulldog! Drove down from NC to help my nephew, whose father passed away 6years ago, purchase a Ford F-150 from Plantation Ford and pass on our Ford family tradition and try to purchase a vehicle from this dealer that away 6years ago, purchase a Ford F-150 from Plantation Ford and pass on our Ford family tradition and try to purchase a vehicle from this dealer that his father had purchased his 2 previous brand new trucks from. We found a 2018 Ford F-150 truck with low miles but was over 3 years old and out of warranty and overpriced by $3,000. We spoke to Harold our salesman who was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to talk to, to try to negotiate the price and get it certified, so that it would have a warranty package with it. Harold really wanted to make a deal and went to his manager to negotiate a deal, which was about $2,700 difference on the price. Harold came back that his manager would not budge on the price and we informed him that we were already preapproved and were going to purchase a vehicle in the next couple of days after we visit and look at more trucks at other dealers. Harold apologized that his manager didn’t want to negotiate and that he would give us a call the next day and try again. Harold called the next morning with no change from his manager. We visited dealership that day to have my nephew look at the truck, since he wasn’t there on the first visit, and we spoke to Harold again about the price. He again came back with no change, his manager’s only offer was to take $750 off, the cost of the certification warranty, and sell it with no warranty to us. Harold again apologized, was very professional but also looked disappointed and said he would call us back on Monday morning to see if his manager would change his mind. With purchasing two brand new vehicles in the past from this dealer and doing all the service on these vehicles at this dealership and bringing their current 2019 Ford Edge just a month ago to get serviced, you would think a dealer that you have been loyal too would want to take care of their repeat and long term loyal customers. The sales manager obviously doesn’t care about years of loyalty from its customer and only cares about overcharging and making top dollar on all his vehicles and not valuing that long term customer that built up this dealership and future business. I don’t recommend this dealership and now my sister and nephew will never want to do business with this dealership again because they don’t value their customers and could care less about possible future business opportunities from this sale. More
