Painless shopping/sales I bought my car here in February. We worked with Erik. When we got there (in the snow) he introduced himself, asked if he could help us, and then let I bought my car here in February. We worked with Erik. He didn't pressure us, he showed us all the vehicles we asked about and we test drove several. We were definitely there ALL day. We were there so long that the staff shared their pizza with my husband. We left the lot that day in my new car! They kept us comfort able while we waited for all the bank stuff (on a weekend) to go through. Chris and management were so accommodating and patient with me with this whole process and I honestly have to say that they are the best people to deal with regarding cars. Chris R is the greatest and was very fun to deal with and not pushy at the least. They honored repairs on it, put on a trailer hitch and suspension lift up front right there in the service dept.
