We were out of state buyers and they helped take care of all the registration issues and made the whole thing very easy. We drove 12 hours to pick up my husbands dream Corvette! All the employees made our whole family feel at home and the detail shop did a great job cleaning it up before we got there. We thank them for the great experience and would highly recommend them. Steve the service manager was always helpful when I called he said bring it right in and we will get it fixed. I bought an 04 Jeep wrangler with 76k miles. I know buying a used car issues can and will occur. I have dealt with plenty of dealers that really don't stand behind their product but that's not Pioneer. I had a check engine light come on and they came and picked up the car from me with in the hour and left me a nice car to drive until it was fixed. I recently had a really loud exhaust problem I called and I brought it in the next day they fixed it without a problem in half an hour. Every employee I encountered from mechanics to the guy who picked me up to get my car was polite and professional. I would certainly buy another vehicle here as they stand buy their product and want to make things right. Thanks for the great jeep at a good price. More

One problem after another This is a revised review as we initially thought we were satisfied with our purchase. We purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from Pioneer and have had n This is a revised review as we initially thought we were satisfied with our purchase. We purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from Pioneer and have had nothing but problems with it ever since. Quality Control: The main reason we chose Pioneer is because we were sold on how thoroughly they go through their vehicles prior to delivery. Our Jeep failed inspection twice for various reasons. The first failure: After putting larger tires and a lift in it, they did not re-attach the sway bars The tail light was out. The brakes failed twice. After the first failure, we learned that the technicians never addressed the brakes because they were “Too rusty and would have been too much work”. We brought it back to be corrected and brought it for re-inspection. The second failure: We brought it back after the second failure and learned that the technician only looked at the passenger side brake the previous visit. They found a piece of rust inside and considered that the reason for the failure. The brakes and drums needed to be completely replaced before it would pass inspection. Pioneer eventually did this, but this could have been avoided if they kept their word on how well they inspected their vehicles prior to delivery. Transmission: Upon test driving the vehicle, we had a concern about the transmission. I told the salesman that we would buy the vehicle as long as he could guarantee the transmission. He told us the transmission was in good working order and we bought the Jeep. The transmission died 43 days later. Pioneer agreed to pay 17% of the repair cost, leaving us with a $2000 bill. Legally, this incident is out of warranty and Lemon Law range. However, we felt that Pioneer should have stood behind their vehicle, and their word, and done more with the situation. When we received the Jeep back after installing the rebuilt transmission, it was immediately evident that something was wrong. When coming to a complete stop, the Jeep would become unresponsive or stall completely. We were told that there was a malfunctioning valve. Inconvenience: During the first 90 days of ownership, we incurred the following inconveniences: We were without the vehicle for 37 of the first 90 days that we owned the vehicle. We drove over 500 miles back and forth to the dealership We spent over 20 hours of our time coordinating repairs, etc. We towed the vehicle, at our expense, once We spent $2000 in repairs Conclusion: This Jeep has been nothing but a headache since the day we drove it off of the lot. We tried to be good, understanding consumers, but we no longer have any confidence in the vehicle, nor Pioneer Motor Group. We don’t feel that the issues were treated as a priority nor do we feel that we were treated like valued customers. At this point we don’t want the vehicle any longer. We have tried to reach out to the owner and sales manager to discuss the situation and come to a reasonable solution. Neither could be bothered to return our messages. The State of Massachusetts is now involved in mediating a solution. More

Upon arriving at their dealership, we were helped right away and we were able to test drive a car that night. We put a deposit on the vehicle and were able to come back two days later with my husband and son to test drive the car with them. Frank actually stayed after hours to accommodate us. Everything moved along very quickly and smoothly. John and Frank were great! I would highly recommend them. More
