We purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox. While at the dealership, Ryan took the time to get to know my parents who accompanied us to the dealership. He made sure they were comfortable and went out of his way to ensure they had coffee and water, sat with them when we were signing the papers and made sure the entire family was included in the buying experience. He stayed late, true to his word on all the items that I wanted to have included in the deal, including a free tank of gas. I would recommend this dealership to anyone serious about a good car buying experience More

MATCH FOR CASH FLYER Got a flyer in the mail with this lottery like peel card. I peeled two tabs back & it showed 2 matches for $2000. I called the confirmation code in & it said to come in & get my prize. I called the dealership & Ryan told to come in, that I had actually won. I came in this morning & they took both my peel off card & the flyer & wouldn't return it. I was told my confirmation number had to match their number on the board & there was nothing said on the fine print about that on the flyer or when Ryan talked to me over the phone assuring me I'd won $2000. I got a $5 Walmart gift card for my 'prize'. This was underhanded at best & I wouldn't trust buying a car from these people or refer them to anyone I know. I'm calling the BBB. More
