I did NOT go in to buy a car! I did NOT go in to buy a car, but I left with an awesome two year old luxury car, that fit my needs and more importantly they made the financing terms I did NOT go in to buy a car, but I left with an awesome two year old luxury car, that fit my needs and more importantly they made the financing terms fit almost exactly my needs as well. I would've waited another 3-4months probably to buy a new car, but they made it so I had very little reason to say NO. And I am CHEAP and very hard to please, so that means something! It sounds silly, but that was the most fun I have ever had buying a car. The 5-6 guys I ended up talking to were good people and nobody was blowing that xx smoke that most salesmen do on lots. Just had good convo with everybody while in the process and laughed and joked around a lot. Employees seem content and so customers like myself will walk out the same. It was a fun experience and my car is new Caddy ATS is awesome! More

He promised the best buying experience ever and he meant it. Although it was a long process (I was there for a special promotion), Damon came through for me. I'm a proud owner of a 2014 KIA Optima. It was wonderful to have such an experience, as I've had many 'bad' experiences. When I walk into the building, I'm greeted with smiles and hello's and I feel at home. I will never shop anywhere else if I'm in need of a car. I've had contact with several people now, and they know their business. Bobby was great when my mom took me to pick up my car and she started looking around. She's an owner of a beautiful Buick Lacrosse now. I learned more during that car ride with Bobby B.! But Mr. Stevenson was the best. Signing paperwork has never been so easy. His stories of his life were so neat, I just wanted to listen forever. Banging the GONG was pretty fun too! David, the service manager, was very open and honest of what he expects from an owner. He's a busy man, and it was interesting to watch him in his environment. It's refreshing to know what I need to do to maintain my new car and to know that I'm getting the best service and information possible. Have been driving a LaSabre for 10 years and knew I was looking at significant repair bills if I opted to keep it. Bobby and Rob made short work out of trading in my LaSabre for the Lacrosse. I know these guys are "car dealer's" but I was NEVER pressured to do anything I was uncomfortable about. I felt both to be very professional and caring in every way. I would highly recommend anyone to this dealership. More

Found one but with these only get a 30 day warranty and payment was $325. month. Got to thinking and stopped by Pete Franklin's but didn't have much hope at that point. Bobby B. came to my rescue with a 2012 Malibu for $350. month including the 3yr warranty. Had to get rental car back that very same day and get to work. Got the deal worked out and they helped me get rental car back and off to work and gave me a gas card. Love my car and found a new friend. If anyone needs a good place to go please visit them. If Bobby B. was a lady he would get flowers. Poor or bad credit check with them. Thanks for being in my neighborhood. More
