?My Dealership participates in the DealerRater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. All the dealerships across the country are mandated by federal regulation and only can charge you the appropriate price for vehicle based on KBB or NADA, depending on the financial institution. We do have to make you aware of the financial charges that you will pay out to the Bank, not us, if you sign the paperwork. The total amount of money paid is a direct reflection of the APR that is charged to you, by the financial institution, not the dealership, based on your credit history, length of employment, length of residency and your debt to income, to name a few. I apologize if this is confusing. We do this everyday, so we will take the time in the future, to make sure the customer is clear on the understanding of the numbers. Like many businesses, we only make money if you buy a car from us. We would like to sell everyone a car but unfortunately, the financial institutions do stipulate the conditions based on the customer's circumstances. We have to, by law, follow their direction. The customers don't have to meet the stipulation and choose not to buy the car. That's okay too. Sorry again for the confusion, I hope this helps clarify that in credit challenged situations, it isn't possible for the dealership to make $13,000 in profit. The bank might make that much after the loan is paid out but Pete franklin's Best Cars KC doesn't. Please note this is standard across the nation in all dealerships that outsource to third party financial institutions. Thanks again for voicing your concerns.

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Versa in late 09/12 from this dealership. First Versa was black one. It had body damage that this dealership would not fix because they said they wouldn't make profit off of it. S More
