DEALERSHIP DOES NOT FIX RECALLS BEFORE SELLING THEM Bought a car from here that I had no idea had 6 OPEN recalls; one of them being classified as URGENT - accelorator pedal sticking which could cause ac Bought a car from here that I had no idea had 6 OPEN recalls; one of them being classified as URGENT - accelorator pedal sticking which could cause accident/bodily injury/death. I found out about the recalls only AFTER i almost rear-ended another car in front of me due to the 'accelorator pedal' sticking, causing me to slam on my brakes sending me skidding (breaking type skid) down the freeway at 60mph; luckily i did not plow into the back of the car in front of me as i was able to get the car into neutral and veer off onto the side of the road until i came to a stop and getting the pedal to release. After doing some research online, I found several recalls on my vehicle, with this one in particular being classified as URGENT. This recall was issued BEFORE i bought my vehicle from here and was NOT ever taken care of as I called the DEALERSHIP directly and checked to see if this recall had ever been fixed; the answer was no to INCLUDE THE OTHER 5 RECALLS that were on my particular vehicle. Now, I realize that fixing these recalls are not mandated by the Federal Govt or Missouri Law, however, it is BAD BUSINESS TO SELL A VEHICLE WITH RECALLS of this nature, period! So BUYER BEWARE! More

Lots of issues...but all were resolved I bought a 2010 4 Runner from them and had several issues. I wanted a sunroof put in and it was not a problem. The porter hit a pole, the sun roof p I bought a 2010 4 Runner from them and had several issues. I wanted a sunroof put in and it was not a problem. The porter hit a pole, the sun roof people forgot to replace a fuse and a trim piece, and the windshield company couldn't fix a leak. Despite all of these issues David and Ryan did everything they could to make it better. I did not have to pay anything to fix all of the problems and got my sunroof, the dent fixed, and a new windshield. The biggest complaint was that this process took 2 weeks but they gave me a nice car to drive in the interim. And, even when I call every day to ask more questions, they are always pleasant and willing to help. I wouldn't wish these problems on anyone else but if you have to deal with dealership people as much as I did it might as well be with nice people that treat you with respect. More

Great Buying Experience I found Great Cars KC online, and decided to go check out the inventory. Ryan B. was very friendly and helped me find the perfect used car for me. He called the Service Department David G. in to explain the process of if/when my car would need an oil change or service. Rob was very knowledgeable about the financial aspect and we got through the paperwork fast & easy. Finally Scott O. congratulated me on my purchase and reminded me of a few options I had in terms of the car. Overall, a very easy and non-headache inducing experience. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used car. More
