They do not list the market mark up on their website or on any of the other sites I went in there to look at a car that I saw both on their website and on truecar Edmunds and similar sites as I doing re se on any of the other sites I went in there to look at a car that I saw both on their website and on truecar Edmunds and similar sites as I doing re search before buying I reached out on their website and got a email back that stated the price was the same as listed and went In and the guy said no the 5000 dollar market mark up was correct and that the new price other than some dodge programs were all they could discount which still totaled out to be way more than the car was listed for still by 4000 they can keep it seeing as how a used one is almost 10000 dollars cheaper with only 1k miles. I first briefly visited Perry Jeep National City before the holidays on literally my first day looking at cars. I did not know which car I wanted to buy at that time and salesperson Nacho showed me a car t the holidays on literally my first day looking at cars. After a few weeks of researching and comparing with other cars I decided to return and buy the first car I had seen except for a different model/trim and sunroof. I asked for the same salesperson Nacho because I had a good first impression of him and I thought he would be excited that we had returned to buy the car. He actually didn’t even remember us and he left us standing out in the freezing weather for 20 minutes. Then he walked us over to car I had picked out online and antibloqueo stated that he would need us to give social security numbers tone and get preapproved if we wanted to test drive or look at the car further. It was so abrupt and shocking that we were being blocked from even looking at a car that we were there excited to buy. We were paying all cash so we shouldnt have to be forced to give out a lot of personal information without even being able to look at the car or test drive it. Just grateful that we got to see the red flags before getting into an actual buying stage with this shady and unprofessional salesperson and dealership. More
