Worst experience ever, we had setup for a test drive & were told one price which almost matched what was on their website. We get there, the price goes up to MSRP (I understand some incentives couldn't ap were told one price which almost matched what was on their website. Then, once we reach the office, price for the car goes above MSRP. They wanted almost double the amount in payments than the other 4 dealers we had gone to. More
This dealership is very unprofessional with myself and my fiancé had an oral contract setup with a particular car which we had insurance and pending loan for it. Once we got there, we weren't even handled by fiancé had an oral contract setup with a particular car which we had insurance and pending loan for it. Once we got there, we weren't even handled by the personnel we had communications with, not even 5 minutes we were there they told us the car was sold. I would not do business with such dealership and if they don't know that oral contracts can be ground of small claims court. But then again that's just me. More

Time waster I'd been looking forward to coming here to purchase a vehicle. I laid it all out to the 2 sales men on what I could pay and what I could put down. I thought I made it clear that I didn't want to waste any time and if they can't work with my payment to let me know before we started looking. After showing me 3 cars, making me wait 20 minutes for keys to do a test drive, then another 20 minutes or more to determine the payments I come to find out the numbers are no where close to what I can afford. At the end he asks if I want look at used cars. By then I was over it and left pissed. I gave them what I can do up front and they said they could find me something when in fact they couldn't! The 2 gentlemen who helped me were very nice and weren't pushy, but they did the exact opposite of what I told them I wanted to do. I never got to see any paperwork about the payments or my credit score or what they would give me for my car. After waiting 30 minutes, he came over and verbally told me what the payment would be. I didn't get the impression that they really wanted my business, in the end, either. I will never return to this dealership. More

The first try to take me for two hundred dollars and I got that but what a fight that was then they shortage me another two hundred blaming the bank for not realsing the title, like it's my fault so now it's been over 45 day and I had to talk to the general manager. All I can say read your paper work and know how much money you should get back for your trade because they shortage me. More

Was told no problem as long as within 10 miles checked and was good to go. After pulling in to an over flowing service line @1000 30min prior to my appt. I waited 20 min and was never approached by anyone I then approached a service office full of lazy laughing fools whom looked at me with blank stare. I was then asked i needed service at the service office !!! I stated yes and that I was waiting by the back of the long line of cars . Only then did two guys pull up the several cars sitting in the service line so I could check in. At this point reminded about the shuttle I had previously discussed as I was missing work. I was sat on a bench and told that at 1030 it would take 25-30 to get a shuttle driver to bring me , I stated ok and sat there while I looked at an empty shuttle sitting in front of one of the service lines. 35-40min later I approached the same employee who looked surprised by me and I asked what's up with the shuttle? He then stated oh yes let me call him. WTF. He quickly switched to Spanish and told the shuttle driver that he had someone whom he told 30 min how long till he returned. Upon hanging up he then told me 30-35 min I said another 30 min huh. To which he replied 45-1hr . Sorry sir the driver whom I never saw show , had to drive to Point Loma. After another 30 min with no one approaching me other than. Pushy salesman as I roamed the lot. I obtained a 20 dollar uber ride back to work .nobody called me or asked where I went or tried to get me this shuttle. My initial service call and check in had informed me that it would be complete by the latest at 5-530pm . At 648pm after no call or update I called to find out what was going on with my car. I was put on hold and then told that there was no way that the vehicle was going to be complete today as they close at 8. So after 8 hrs I assume my vehicle was never touched. So I have to find friends to drive me to work as well as get my children to school tomorrow. Dodge service has never been good but . Perry dodge wins the absolute worst of worst in my book. Thank you More

Service department killed my liking for Dodge Service has been in a plummeting downward spiral ever since McCune sold this dealership to Perry. The website no longer lets you log in to set up an Service has been in a plummeting downward spiral ever since McCune sold this dealership to Perry. The website no longer lets you log in to set up an appointment. The only decent guy in Service is Kent. He gave me his direct email to set up future appointments. Unfortunately, someone else answered it (I guess it ends up going to some kind of general account), and while they set up an appointment, they didn't put it in their system. So, when I showed up, I had no appointment. Fortunately, I had the email exchange on my phone, so they did agree to honor the appointment. Seems like they don't really give a sh*t about good customer service. When I've left my vehicle there, I've had to call repeatedly to get an update about its status. On occasions when my wife has waited for her car to be serviced, they'll "forget" to tell her when it's done. Service team member Rudy is especially guilty of this. When their shuttle broke down one time, the driver called in to get another one sent out to pick everyone up. Rudy was the one who answered the phone. An hour later, still no replacement shuttle. Thanks, Perry Dodge... you have KILLED any liking I've had for your cars. I've bought four over the years, and thanks to your utter lack of professionalism, the last one I bought will be the LAST one I buy. If I could give zero stars or at most a half star, I would. More
