Dropped my truck off on Friday 4/21/23 with appt for oil/change service, check over systems and rotate tires. I never got a call that truck was done. Sat 4/22/23 I called dealership to check on it - oil/change service, check over systems and rotate tires. I never got a call that truck was done. Sat 4/22/23 I called dealership to check on it - was told advisor was at lunch would call me when back. He did not Monday I called again and asked if my truck was done they had to call me back after a couple hours and then said it was done. Seems that service was not performed on Friday with appt. When I arrive I paid and was told truck would be brought out front as normal before. Attendant could not find truck did not have ticket number I had to go with him to find truck. Tires were not rotated. More
