DON'T GO! !! I've been to this dealership a couple of time and the last time was the worst. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, dropped my truck off to !! I've been to this dealership a couple of time and the last time was the worst. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, dropped my truck off to get worked done on a Wed. and come Sat., no phone call no work had been done. NOTHING!!!! no communication and it's always excuse after excuse why nothing gets done. There must be a school service managers go to that teaches how to make excuses or pass blame because they had them all. No apology or attempt to make things right. And in the end I had to pick up my truck so I could go to work and the problem was never even looked at. I will never go back there again, which sucks because it's the closest one to me. I don't know the name of the rep I worked with so I just put a star next to a name so this will post. More
