I RATED POORLY CAUSE I HAD PURCHASE A PACKAGE AND MY LAST SERVICE OF OIL CHANGE WAS MID APRIL BUT COULD NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT SOONER TO THE DUE DATE . STILL I MADE IT ON APRIL AND THEY DID NOT HONOR MY LAS SERVICE OF OIL CHANGE WAS MID APRIL BUT COULD NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT SOONER TO THE DUE DATE . STILL I MADE IT ON APRIL AND THEY DID NOT HONOR MY LAST OIL CHANGE LEFT IN MY CONTRACT. I BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR A WHILE AND HAVE PURCHASE SEVERAL OF MY VEHICLES AT THIS LOCATION AND FEEL I WAS POORLY TREATED. WILL PROBABLY NOT BE BACK TO EITHER PURCHASE MY NEXT VEHICLE OR DO OIL CHANGE AT THIS LOCATION EVER. VERY UPSET. More

I arrived on time at 2 pm, and there was no one to meet, greet, or explain what I was to do. I waited about 10 minutes for a service department representative to begin my appointment. That my car was serviced and returned by 3:30 pm was gratifying, but to be not greeted at my prearranged service time shows me your company has a long way to go. I would go back to my former company had I not bought a service plan from Perry. Your service department should be embarrassed and put on report! More
