The service was done quickly, within a few hours. the electrical issue I requested to be looked at was not checked because staff wasn't available. Rear camera wiring was loose, but camera still works the electrical issue I requested to be looked at was not checked because staff wasn't available. Rear camera wiring was loose, but camera still works. When I went to pick up my car, the staff couldn't find my keys. This was not initially an issue and many people were looking for them but it took 45 min before they were found, which made me extremely late getting back to work and cost me an hour of my time. I also had to retrieve my car myself while the mat/tags were left inside. I was offered a coffee during my next service, but I doubt that was a real promise and help in the cost it took me to wait for my car. Never had issues before so I still recommend them, in hopes this does not happen again and I look forward to how they will approach my next service visit. More
