I would recommend it. I bought a wheelchair vehicle from a used car dealership. Didn't know how shady they were at the time. Brought in a 2014 for an oil change. Was told that it needed new tires. We requested a quote for the tires. Called twice requesting the quote. The third time service transfered me to Was told that it needed new tires. We requested a quote for the tires. Called twice requesting the quote. The third time service transfered me to parts. Parts asked me for the last 8 digits of the vin. I do not plan on using pearl in the future. It is unfortunate, we have purchased 2 vehicles from them and serviced 7. The customer service has declined. More
