I was out shopping on Saturday, March 6, 2010 for a new vehicle and had test driven several SUV's. I had seen a commercial about Outbacks and decided to stop by and winded up buying the Subaru Outback 3.6 vehicle and had test driven several SUV's. I was very satisfied how the Outback made me feel safe and how the SUV feels heavy on the road. I decided that this was the one I wanted. I had a very hard time making the decision because I inherited my mom's 2001 Lincoln Town Cartier due to her death and this was my first vehicle purchase without my mom beside me. Overall the staff made me feel comfortable and I made my decision to purchase the Outback. The hardest thing was cleaning out my mom's car and saying my goodbye. They were very patient with us while we were making our decision; they even let us have the car for the afternoon to help in making our decision easier. (I think they knew the car would sell itself.) After purchasing the car, we noticed the floor mats were missing - the car had been previously owned by a rental company. Ms. Hancock, the sales represtative, ordered us replacement mats free-of-charge. We could not have asked for a better car-buying experience.
