I came away feeling like I had been treated with utmost respect. They were willing to work with us on pricing on a remaining 2010 - balancing our needs against their own. At the end, I got to drive away with the car of my dreams, and feel that if I have any questions or concerns in future, they will be able to help me through that, too. I would highly recommend both the dealership, and the employees - and as far as I can tell so far, the SUV, as well! More
After stopping at two other dealerships, I went to Paul Moak to try out the Forrestor. I'd read that it was a good fit for vertically challenged drivers. I liked it. He willingly grabbed keys for five different vehicles so I could test out the fit. Being shorter, finding a steering wheel that was far enough from me while I am still able to press the pedals, is easier said then done. So Sam let me sit and test drive multiple vehicles. As I had been looking at cars for hours, not only were the cars all confused in my mind, but I was tired of sales people. I told Sam up front, I wasn't buying today. I didn't want new. I wanted to see what fit. So we tried the used vehicles he had on hand. I even drove the Forrestor home for the night while I reviewed our finances. Alas, it was out of our price range. So I returned it, knowing it wasn't econmically wise and didn't make me jump for joy. A few days later, Jerry called me with a different vehicle that was in our price range. He offered to have Sam drive it out to me. I test drove this car. And bought it that night. This was all done with no pressure, with understanding and kindness. And I do appreciate that. More
I had a great experience at Paul Moak Subaru. The employees are professional, friendly and courteous. The whole experience from looking to buying was positive. I feel like they are more than a business but also friends. When I had trouble getting my GPS and Bluetooth working, Lynn and Jerry took time to sit in my car and troubleshoot with me. Lynn wrote me a personal note and called me to thank me for my business. She also checked back in with me throughout the process. When the first car I looked at did not work, she helped me find a better choice. I am totally satisfied with my experience at Paul Moak. My family buys our cars from no other dealership! More

Bo was great to work with, was willing to answer all of our questions, and was incredibly friendly throughout the whole process. We then met Jerry, who handled our actual purchase and paperwork, and were again treated very hospitably. They uphold a high standard of excellence and integrity, and we would highly recommend them to any of our friends or family. More

There was a bit of break down in communication at one point, wherein Paul Moak was acquiring my car via a dealer transfer, unbeknownst to me (when i requested a dealer locate on the car, they did not men point, wherein Paul Moak was acquiring my car via a dealer transfer, unbeknownst to me (when i requested a dealer locate on the car, they did not mention Jim Keras Subaru, which is where I found the model I wanted. Perhaps, however, Jim Keras did not release it to PM for that reason and that's why PM couldn't 'find' if/offer it to me, I'm not sure). Once it was near the end of negotiations, however, things ran more smoothly and both Chip and Jerry were friendly and helpful and transparent. Overall, a good experience, and I would recommend Paul Moak Subaru to others! More
I recently was involved in an automobile accident in which my car was totaled. I also just had a baby (six weeks old) and will be returning to work this week and therefor needed to purchase a new car ra which my car was totaled. I found the car I wanted to purchase at Paul Moak Subaru in Jackson, Ms. but having a newborn makes things challenging, I don't have time to just go browse. Ms. Lynn and Mr. Jerry handled as much of the deal as possible over the phone and internet. I requested that the day I planned to test drive the car that the paper work be ready in the event that I liked the car in person as much as I liked it online. They had no problems with that. I arrived at the dealership with the car cleaned, full of gas and ready to go. We drove the car and in less than an hour I was driving the car home! They showed a great deal of courtesy and respect. I truly felt like a valued customer which was totally different from my last car buying experience. (2010 Honda Accord) The last car I purchased took 6 hours to process the paperwork and all the while they were acting like they were doing me a favor by selling me the car. I did not leave there feeling appreciated or as satisfied with the experience even though it was the car I wanted. I would gladly recommend to ANYONE looking to buy a new car that they go see Jerry and Lynn at Paul Moak Subaru. They are truly great people to work with. They didn't pressure me to look at anything I wasn't interested in, nor to add any options that would drive the price of the vehicle up. More

My rating is based on two different Subaru Outbacks, a 2002 and a 2010. The service on both vehicles has been easy, friendly, professional, and cost effective. The 2002 received alot of work to keep it in good condition in March, 2010. Brian Baskin was instumental in getting Subaru to replace the catalytic converter at no charge to me in August, 2010. The 2010 has been in for two recalls; however, the appointments were at my convenience and cost me nothing. I can truthly say that it is a pleasure to visit the new facility. I have been treated with with respect and courtesy each occasion. More
