The experience was good minus the financing . The finance manager did not shop rates for me . He said he did not because he didn’t want to hurt my score . I had to take time to shop and also ask him to try to get a better rate . If I had not asked he would have just locked me in at a rate that was not best. Also after I changed rate I had to redo paperwork two times . First time he had original rate . Second time he had incorrect dollar amount. I did not get any type of deal on car . Paid MSRP. I guess this is to be considered on a new car. Would have been nice to feel like they gave me some sort of discount or additional accessory . Overall, experience was good minus financing . I will not deal with their financing in the future . More

I continue to have the best experience with the Paul Moak Subaru Service Department. I worked with Brian my last visit, and he thoroughly explained exactly what work was needed.
