My service advisor, Morgan was incredibly friendly and did a lot to bandage the wounds left behind from my first and only time visiting this dealership for service. However, the actual service performed o did a lot to bandage the wounds left behind from my first and only time visiting this dealership for service. However, the actual service performed on my vehicle left many things to be desired. Namely that many of the services I had requested to be performed on my vehicle and paid handsomely for were not completed when I was told my vehicle was ready to pick up. I arrived and promptly noticed that my tires had not been rotated as requested. Not a huge deal, but irritating and demonstrated a poor eye for attention to detail. I agreed to wait while they rotated the tires. 30-45 min. Tires rotated, invoice paid, I hop in my car and immediately try to use the windshield washer fluid and rear wiper as I had requested that the damaged fluid hoses be replaced and my shorted rear wiper wiring harness be replaced. The rear wiper worked, but no fluid issued from front or rear sprayers. Very irritating as I had just paid handsomely to have this issue resolved and the repair was obviously not completed. I continue to wait while they remedy the problem with my washer fluid hoses. Turns out they "just came loose". Seems like a pretty big oversight considering that was one of 4 major services I requested to be completed. Another hour and a half or more goes by. I am told for the third time that day that my car is ready to go. I hop in, turn the ignition, it starts up and immediately stalls out. The idle had not been reset despite me going out of my way to ask that they are sure to reset the idle after reconnecting the battery. I return my keys to them, tell them the idle needs reset and I return to the waiting area for a third time. Morgan returns about 30 more minutes later with the keys to my loaner vehicle. Based on the number of issues encountered during my service he said he wanted to personally inspect the car and drive it to be sure all repairs were completed satisfactorily before he felt confident in returning my vehicle to me. Told me that he would hire someone to drive my car to return it to me and pick up my loaner when my car was truly and confidently ready to go. At this point I've been waiting close to 3hrs for repairs that were to have been completed upon my arrival. They had my car for 8 full days at this point. Dropped off for my previously scheduled appointment at 9am 12/13/22 and I returned to retrieve my car on 12/21/22. To date in my life, this is the most deeply disappointing vehicle maintenance experience I have ever had. There is a lot to be done to regain my trust and confidence in their service technicians if I am ever to give this dealership and service department any of my business in the future. I will say that the loaner vehicle at no cost which was very helpful and greatly appreciated. But huge oversights and lack of attention to detail on the part of the service technicians cost me an entire work day during a very busy and already stressful time of the year for me. Very interested to hear how the dealership plans to compensate for my wasted time, give me assurance that the other repairs I paid for were actually performed ($4220.95 in repairs total), and how any sort of confidence in service to my vehicle at this establishment can be restored moving forward. More
