My sister bought a Civic less than 2 years ago at Paul Moak and she was very happy with the experience. We looked at color charts and interiors until I found what I liked. I wanted all the "bells and whistles" so I purchased the Honda Accord EX-L Coupe. What else can I say, it is loaded and I smile when I get behind the wheel. After I knew what I wanted, we went next to see Jonathan about financing. He worked to customize the payments and get my note where I wanted it to be. The rate I got was 1.9% and the trade in value I got was more than book value on my old car. I searched for vehicles at 5 different dealerships including this one. At first I was looking at used cars, but the prices were ridiculous at the other dealerships. The next day, I filled out the application online, within minutes the finance manager and Greg called me. I was amazed by their promptness. When I made it to the dealership, they made me feel very important. Out of all the dealerships, they provided the best customer service. I could tell by the quality of their work that this dealership has a great plan of action in place. I felt like all the other dealerships were just trying to make a sale.
